Join me for this 20 min Standing Arms & Abs Workout, designed to strengthen & tone our entire upper body with slow, controlled movements. This workout is perfect for targeting the arms and core with effective exercises that will leave you sweating and feeling the burn. Let's sculpt those muscles and get ready for summer by increasing our calorie deficit and performing a series of toning exercises.
Throughout this workout, we'll be targeting the entire core and upper body from a standing position, resulting in stronger, more toned muscles and a tighter physique. To maximize the effectiveness of each exercise, be sure to keep your abs engaged and focus on feeling every movement in your core.
In addition to toning our muscles, this workout will help improve our overall fitness and endurance. By focusing on slow, controlled movements, we'll be able to challenge our bodies and push ourselves to new heights.
Get your light dumbbells and let's get started! If you don't have dumbbells, you can always use water bottles, cans, or just complete the workout weight free. I'm using 1 kg dumbbells for this workout.
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.
