I want some of your French toast(SO GOOD) but I'm fasting so no bread!😩 I'm devastated I asked my niece if she remembers me making your French toast recipe for her all the time! She doesn't remember.😭🥴 She'd request it for breakfast seriously everyday! But I guess she was too little to remember, idk? Love your videos, and love your recipes. I've done your skillet tofu and oven tofu. Plan to do the black bean burgers soon. I kept putting off to do your fried chicken (oyster) recipe, and now I can't because I'm having problems with a fatty liver, so I can't fry anything. I have an air fryer but haven't tried to make it in that. You definitely get a 👍 for your videos.

I know you're very health conscious so I wanted to suggest looking up how cooking with foil can affect your good food... the aluminum & heat...it gets in the food....you ingest it. I've switched to parchment paper instead or a stainless steel rack fo grilling. Research it if you like. Thank you for all your healthy ideas!!!
