Wondering how you stay mentally sane when tapering down cardio. The mind games get to me! And I feel energetic enough for this the more i rest! I start to get anxious with the dosage.
I'm 145 lbs , 5'7, skinny fat. (I think) what would you suggest on building more muscle. Should I bulk? I'm maintaining about 2k calories, about 200g of fat, around 60 g of protein. Trying to stay in ketosis so I'm trying to do 80/20 ratio
Hard to say as I would need more info. If you are wanting to build lean mass I would for sure keep increasing the calories. However, I will say 60 grams of carbs a day for anyone is going to be super low. So I would focus on increasing that over time as well.
