🔥 WEEKS IN: 10
⏳ WEEKS REMAINING: VARIABLE
🔥 WEIGHT: I woke up this morning at 196.5
⚖️ MACROS: I’ve been averaging around 4k calories this week. I’ve had one day quite a bit higher than 4k and several just shy of 4k so the average is right around the 4k mark.
💪 BODYFAT PERCENTAGE: My personal InBody is ranging from 16-21% so the flux is pretty significant based on fluid levels.
🏋️♂️ STRENGTH MARKERS: All of my strength metrics have been increasing significantly. This is honestly why I’m ok with the increasing weight and bodyfat, I continue to see improvement in the training department.
💦 CARDIO: I am staying at level 15 on the stairmaster for 25 minutes once a week. I may increase the frequency of my trail runs simply because I love them!
🚽 GI IMPLICATIONS: No issues.
🧂SODIUM: Around 8,000 mg/day. Potassium has been around half that intake.
🍽️ THIS WEEK’S STAPLE FOODS: My go-to this week has been lamb chops and about a dozen eggs. That and 1 whole Keto Brick of course!
🧠 MINDSET TOWARDS IT ALL: I’ve been incredibly pleased with my performance with the training. As such, I’m learning to embrace the extra bodyfat and scale weight. As long as my lifts are improving, I’m fine with the overall increases.
📖 OTHER THOUGHTS: I’m operating in a bit of a “bear mode” mentality right now and eating until satiety and see how my body signaling is impacted. As long as my strength makers keep improving, I’m fine with operating at the higher intake.Robert's Website: ketosavage.com/
