All i know is I've never felt this good my entire life, seasonal allergies gone, belly fat melting so easy, chronic fatigue gone. If this is how im going to die quick, then so be it. I was vegan, then keto none compares to carnivore
Great stuff 👍💯 I'm hoping I get there myself 🙏 I'm 6wks into carnivore... I haven't experienced the fatigue or negatives some mention.. I'm just thankful at this point age 55 to have dumped the disastrous American eating habits.... No fast food no soda sugar junk crap chips im holding steady day 43 🎉 The doc telling me I was pre diabetic serious fatigue no energy draggin ass brain fog ... I'm getting there 👍 Congratulations on your progress! 👏🎉
@@MajesticArtimuslots of the carnivore doctors and influencers seem to think it’s fine to eat an avocado. Not too many carbs and lots of good fats. Let’s not get toooo rule crazy!
I used to have horrible reactive hypoglycemia. My sugars would drop into the 40-50s! I am not diabetic. My doctor just told me to keep raisins in my purse. I remember whipping into a McDonald's drive through shaking and nearly slumping over my steering wheel while waiting for a sugary drink! I never thought I could go low carb let alone fast! It wasn't until I read Dr. Fung's obesity code and the lightbulb went on! I stopped eating 6 times a day, drastically lowered carbs and increased protein and eventually got beyond 24 hour fasting! No reactive hypos! I am now carnivore-ish and no hypos! No more raisins in my purse either! GAH, all the bad info I was given. Now it is my lifes work to teach others about this. Thank you both for your work!
Almost a year🎉 I started carnivore 11+ months ago. So many things healed! IBS (had for years)gone on 2 weeks. Itchy flaky eczema ear problem (over 6 yrs) also gone in less than a month Arthritis hands elbows and shoulder totally pain free and strong in a few months. Left hip pain gone. Gingivitis gums healed and receding gums grew back! Ovarian cyst Gone! And I don’t need reading glasses anymore! Had to share!! Plus .. Honeygirl no longer has skin problems After 8 yrs. She is spunkier and her coat is amazing. She eats the fresh meat with me! I was surprised at her healing all around. Alert. Full shiny coat. Happy. Friskie 10 yr old pup ❣️. And she’s been in freeze dried beef diet for 5 years!! This healed her!!! Also Im loosing all excess fat. Body is becoming stronger. Hair and nails are great. I was afraid to think that my spinal nerve pain and fused areas might get much better. But this week I have had several days with No Pain!! I feel 20 yrs younger. The healing seems to be from the things one doesn't eat. The meat protein is healing and rebuilding blocks. The fat is energy for cells etc
@guitarszen How do you figure humans survived the ice age? Archeologists are all staging those animal bone piles found among human dwellings as well, huh? I guess all we know from cave paintings to the history of the Mongols, Comanche, and Inuit being carnivore is all fake news huh? Maybe someday we'll find that broccoli cave painting for ya buddy!
@guitarszenwe are happy its working for you. Hope you supplment for its a deffiecent diet and needs supplementary B12, iron and often lacking in good fats too. After 8years vegan with eggs became hormonally imbalanced and suffered misscarrages and a heap of horrible diseases. I always thought it was my diet saving me from disease but it was causing it. Naturopath advised I cut out certain veggies amd fruit amd grains and sugar and to include meat and fish and my body healed naturally over 2 years and had baby. Vegan diet is like constant fasting and eventually body runs out of stored goodness and will break down
@guitarszen, if what your saying is even true then you are an exception to the general reality of human physiology. From stomach acid ph, to intestinal size and structure, brain size and function, we are the exact opposite of herbivores, and the deficiences. Picture yourself thousands of years ago living without modern food delivery, walk around in the woods with your little basket, what exactly are you filling that basket with? You can go try it out today. Most of the plants would have killed you on the spot. It is IMPOSSIBLE that veganism is our natural diet. My guess is that you already know this.
It blows me away how many times I hear in your videos, “They didn’t teach that in Med school.” I’m so thankful for doctors such as you, Dr. Means, Dr. Berry, Dr. Baker, etc. that have done the work on these subjects, and brought all this info to the public.
Carnivore for 5 months, primarily Keto for 4 years. Commenting for visibility! The health benefits are staggering and you actually feel proud to be a human being for once. Just give it a try if you happen to see this and see for yourself. Steak is not going to kill you in 60 days!
For anyone who can’t afford steak, ground beef is just fine. Ground beef, bacon, eggs and butter is all I eat. All my IBS symptoms have disappeared. (Carnivore 14 months)
This! The most profound change the average person in the west could easily do in their life is to go carnivore. Ground beef and tallow/butter will probably cost you around 10$ and work fine. You might feel a bit down for the first week (carb withdrawal isn't that different from other withdrawals) but most don't. After a couple of days the change in your state of mental and physical wellbeing will be unreal. Young or old, fat or poor, do you best to give it a try. You won't regret it
I’ve always been confused by the huge contradiction the medical industry has regarding appropriate sleep for doctors in residency. Surely, doctors should be a perfect living example of what good health practices should be, yet they enforce bizarre overwork practices, damaging the health of their best and brightest and risking them making exhaustion triggered errors working with patience putting everyone at risk unnecessarily.
How do some doctors find all this time to hang out on RU-vid? Running a channel takes enormous time and dedication. Who needs a surgeon arriving to his next patient groggy from lack of proper rest?
They don't have a clue. They think they do science, but it's not. It's all expert opinion. What I've learned is to listen to something / someone and do the experiment if possible. If it helps great, if not move on
Most things in life are counterintuitive you would think health would be at the forefront, but it’s not in reality money is you see there is no incentive to create healthy people because sick people are way more profitable!
PLEASE help me by telling me what the cuts of meat are labeled that you eat. I am so struggling, same age, really want to do this but everything I make is awful.plz don't say burger, thats dogfood. After travel around the world and eating so much wonderful food I am clueless how to do this. Of course none of the influencers tell you anything actually helpful.
Since eating carnivore my sleep is more normal and sound and I can wake up early and rested. Its clear how healthy this way of living is. The cow is Gods gift to humanity. Butter, cream, beef and tallow. Its all awesome.
And bone marrow and liver, along with useful materials like leather, horn, and hoof. God bless the cow. I wonder if this is why they were originally considered sacred in India?
Malnutrition from poor food quality + bad water + pesticides/fungicides = reliance on pharmacy medication = vicious circle of poor declining health. Go carnivore and give yourself the best chance of recovery from all this crap our govnts and standard Dr's keep pushing on us....We love you and your work Anthony :)
From about 2016 to 2021 I was encouraging patients to to go whole food, then keto after I learned more . (I Ieft the medical in 2021).We had had a huge population of DM patients. The ones that did keto brought their HgA1c down enormously. I'm so glad to see Dr's like you 2 and Dr Berry pursue and advise this....now I'm encouraging ketovore/carnivore & being aware of low oxalate ( Sandy K Norton)...ps there are many online labs in USA where you can order your own labs if Dr's are not doing it. I just had my son recheck some labs from last yr. He's full carnivore now & we'll check them in about 6 mo.❤ God Bless
Honestly...yes...one can use "labs on one's own now" Docs usually don't want to deal with this...or still hv no idea how ubiquitous it is...or just don't give a r: to a$$ Right!
I use “Own Your Labs” company started by Dave Feldman who is doing great work in the low carb arena. Check it out, good prices and 10% off if share your data with them. No doctor’s orders required.
Are you kidding me!!?? Dr. Anthony Chaffee & Dr. Casey Means in the same Podcast??!! BRILLIANCE!!! Love them both! Thank you Doctor Chaffee & Doctor Means, you are absolutely loved by so many for TELLING THE TRUTH! We adore you both and you are changing the face of medicine… Humble, Truth~Telling Doctors.. Imagine That!! 🔥🔥🔥💖💖💖 Daniel F. Harb, ARRT, RT(R)
The education system promoting vegan foods and demonising meat and animal fats need to be closed down or sued for false and dangerous information. How else can we make the point ? 👉 meat is life-giving
2 months carnivore and Hayfever is gone along with all my achy joints. Inflammation gone and dropped 10kg. Thank you for showing me the light. I wanted to see.
I would like to make the argument that, we are dealing with a metabolic disease epidemic, by design. I have a very hard time looking at the work of Ansel Keys and not thinking that it was all on purpose.
Sick people are easily manipulated/controlled. Fearful people are very easily to manipulate as we’ve seen. Poor metabolic health from plant based poisons encourages fear/anxiety.
@@andyc7747 You can help people with science and you can hurt people with science. Not everything has a profit motive. I would call that a "glass half full" approach. Nearly everyone you know, past and present, has had their life shortened and made more miserable because of Ancel Keys. Doesn't seem like a profit motive to me.
Well after watching Dr Chaffee, Dr Ekberg, Dr Berg and Dr Berry, while studying dangers of processed foods for three years, I thought I knew most all of it, but this doctor opened my eyes even more!
Dr Chaffee, I had dinner with a friend and she treated me and it was an Asian place. I didnt' want to be rude or hurt their feelings so I did end up eating some sushi rolls lol Anyway, as much as I enjoyed it, I felt really bloated afterwards (from the rice). Not too much damage done, I'm back on track with intermittent fasting (won't check my weight for a few days), but I wanted to say, this is the first time ever, that I have noticed that the last time I went slightly off course, the next morning when I would gain, hours later I saw my weight drop a couple pounds, so I was still burning. This was the VERY FIRST TIME, I saw my body working like that which makes me even more determined to stay on course. Stay away from those carbs everybody :) If you have a messed up day, get right back on track. Carnivore is the way to go. If you can afford to help the local farmers and meat product companies, please do it. All you carnivore docs should start a nationwide healthcare system that integrates as natural way of healthcare with minimal drugs as possible and fun diet care classes/groups at a very reasonable low cost especially for those who can't afford health insurance. If it's cheap enough, you. may get more people on board to join health groups on a regular basis like support groups. (if they choose it). Kind of like many of you do online. You could even have group meetings where people can donate (if they can, if they want to) to local pasture raised farmers in every state. Would be amazing. :)
Yup-you had a food hangover! It’s very real and I can completely relate. That’s why whenever I go out or to an event or it’s a holiday I stay on the wagon because the aftermath isn’t worth it.
Thank you. Listening interviews like this help me to stay encouraged. I've been low carb for 2 years now and my thinking about food has changed dramatically since I was diagnosed with diabetes in Oct 2021, successfully remitted in 3 months. Many other health benefits happened too.
What an eye-opening interview on Metabolic Health, and all the ramifications inside the human body. Thank you for further educating the public on such matters.
The explanation for inflammation is incredible and makes so much sense. I'd used eco cleaning and personal products for years and have always had good sleep, so my inflammation was clearly caused almost exclusively by food. It explains why changing to the carnivore diet 'cured' so many of my chronic issues. Great talk, thank you.
I read that damaged tissue has glucose receptors that pull in glucose and cause inflammation. I just don't understand how the body can maintain glucose levels without carbs and see the pain go away yet when you eat food that spikes glucose then there are problems.
Excellent info. This explains why my 20yo daughter is doing so much better on carnivore. She had severe childhood trauma and has eaten a “clean” diet for several years. Only after going carnivore two months ago has she started to feel better.
Sugar, junk starches and seed oils are the real environmental toxins. The quantities are huge. Children in school and the elderly in care facilities are forced to consume these.
Absolutely amazing video, brother! I am so glad that more doctors are waking up to this truth and looking for real answers. Thank you for bringing this story and so many others to the light.
Thank you very much I'm glad you liked it! Yes it's very reassuring that more and more doctors are figuring the south because most of them want to help their patients but we are just going down the wrong path
This is exactly I think what was wrong with many of us, the power plant of our cell, five days carnivore and I'm feeling WARM after years or COLD HAND S 😭
I was listening to Dr Means about six months ago. I got a Levels monitor and was trying to take charge of my health more. I actually couldn't afford to do the cgm but it did help me feel in charge of my life. I was drinking alcohol daily until then. It's a choice. She has helped me stay sober. Thanks Dr Chaffee and Dr Means for sharing your wisdom. My journey was long. I was on steroids for kidney disease of and on 40 yrs. I learned to eat better to control swelling but had frequent relapses. I watch my urine and can also test my blood at home along with BP. Cheers to you Dr Means and Chaffee for my sobriety from alcohol. I'll continue to work on the sugar slip ups. ❤ You're saving lives. I'm trying to share .
The wisdom you both share is what I've been looking for in a Dr. but since I was not finding any I had just learned to dose steroids as low and infrequently as possible. The thing that helped me was romaine lettuce for folate. But I did smoothies with spinach and almonds which led to oxalate issues. Thanks to Sally Norton I am in recovery for those pains. We're swimming up stream. Keep swimming!
@@peterbeyer5755 the Dr's at cigna were not good listeners. I knew what I had and was told I was wrong. I figured it out myself. I follow a Facebook page of people with this condition and they are not healing but they are given experimental drug advice. They are still saying don't eat protein and salt. I say it's carbs and sugar. I'm well but still working on some things since I recently learned about oxalates...which they should have mentioned with kidney problems. Thanks
Hi Dr. Chaffee, I'm starting the 30 day challenge Nov 1st. Can't wait. Diagnosed with hypothyroidism at age four, now 60... Never felt really optimal... Hope to now... !
I just want to say that a year and a half ago I was able to get a CGM and it made such a difference. It helped me to start on Carnivore and now I have been off Diabetes meds for a full year. Being able to check and see what affected me helped so much. I'm saying this to say that I just got a letter from our insurance (my sister 2 states away with different insurance got the same letter) that they will no longer cover CGM's unless a person is on insulin. I am disheartened even though I believe I have a good handle on my levels I will miss having the quick check and not having to wait for 6 months for the next Dr. visit. I have gone from 6.8 A1C on a Keto diet to a Carnivore lifestyle and 5.4 A1C. I'm looking forward to even better numbers in Feb at my next visit.
I'm just curious, did you notice that protein vs fat intake affected your glucose levels very much? Like was there any negative to consuming lots of protein at once?
This is just one of numerous examples where insurance companies stop covering things that would prevent future issues. In other words, save the insurance company money long term. This makes no sense if the goal was to make the most money. So what's their actual goal?
Thank you for this interview with Dr. Casey Means. She is brilliant and the Levels program she started has helped me enormously to monitor the effects of what I eat in real time and thus am able to tweak immediately what I consume. With my carnivore diet my blood sugar remains pretty even with just small increases after meals. I am very grateful and will have bloodwork done that Levels also organizes. Thank you !!
Levels turned me from vegan to keto. Casey Means was pushing a vegan diet in Levels and little did she know she changed me to no longer be vegan. My blood sugar was all over on a vegan diet. I was shocked 😮
@@tserevenad Google her! She does. I was part of Levels her company, and she was a bean pushing vegan. Levels actually made me stop my vegan diet when I saw what vegan plant based food did to my CGM
As usual you are crushing it, fantastic to see you finding other Doctors who have woken up turned around and making changes these are the people who can have the biggest impact on the higher powers to change and of course there will be US the ones who have been saved who will support all these converted medical professionals I can feel the progress... We just have to hit that magic 3% Thank you Dr AC❤️
I was trying to get pregnant and had PCOS. My doctor prescribed birth control pills 365 days a year to shut down ovulation. I could tell my body was revolting against this, so I quit taking them, and she literally blew up at me in her office when I told her. That was when I decided western medicine was not working, and I set off on my own journey of recovery. I wish doctors like this had been around when I was going through this. I had four miscarriages. Finally had two children after experiencing a lot of grief.
Story to do with metabolic health & my doctors reaction. PLEASE READ Dr Chaffey April 2022 I weighed 336lb and have all the Metabolic markers for Metabolic Syndrome. BP 190/110. A1c 14.9. NAFLD. 68 inch waist. Cholesterol off the chart & Triglycerides. Epiphany moment & radical change of lifestyle. Keto, circadian rhythm fix, NO production protocols, Magnesium, Potassium, fasting, meditation... the whole 9 yards and then some Went back to get the bloodwork done 14 weeks later. A1c 6.2. BP 135/87. Lost 50lbs. Dropped 14 inches. Blood lipids dramatically better. Plus a whole bunch of other benefits Not only did my Doctor show no interest in HOW I had achieved these results... they DIDN'T BELIEVE THEM. They said "there must be some discrepancy" and they made me do them again 10 days later... And my results WERE EVEN BETTER eg BP 127/80. At that point they just dismissed me and said "No further action, see patient in 12 months" They never asked how, or what or anything. Not so much as a "Well done" This is what Western conventional medicine looks like. No interest in patients getting better ps if you wanted to interview me I'd be happy. EDIT: I have now lost 140lbs and returned to full time work. Carnivore 11 months now
That's fantastic great job! That is really a shame that your doctor wasn't even interested in how you miraculously changed your health because they could then apply that to their other patients. That really does my head in. Sure we can talk about having you on some time! Give me an email at AnthonyChaffee@gmail.com
One can learn something new almost every day of your life. This story simply demonstrates how blind some doctors are. A child would ask a hundred questions when a miracle appears before them.
That is so sad ,could you not ask why they arnt wondering how to help others it's so sad that they don't want to pass on info it is a learning to make money at cost 9f health
Please look up Dr Palmer of Harvard medical school. He is doing research into how many mentsl and emotional diseases are actually mitochondrial issues, roots in childhood trauma but exacerbated by mitochondrial dysfunction ( he advocates keto and has had amazing results)
Yes, Dr. Chaffee, I’m ina much better place. Thank you! That’s what I meant by thank God for time, over the years I’ve learned a lot and there has been a lot of emotional healing and thank God again for that and it’s a long story so won’t go into it. And thank you so much for your comment, it is truly appreciated! And somebody suggested that I check out a Doctor from Harvard, I will go back and look at that and definitely check it out. This is information that you really really really needs to be shared to many!
@ronnapierson7178 glad you are doing better. Any advice to me as I'm struggling with childhood trauma all my life and just started carnivore recently also doing counseling etc
Fascinating and informative to listen to an MD who is focused on the broad scope of metabolic health and is putting the pieces together. Symptoms and effects - so important. Hope you have a follow-up interview/podcast with her in 2024. Thx.
I've been following you for a while. I will definitely continue. I chop wood in the morning usually for cardio and drag trees out of the woods plus walk my dogs a good distance several times a day. I was running 10 miles , working out with 420 lbs bench pressing, 900 lbs leg sleds, 180 lb butterfies etc swimming in the Omympic Pool in Nashville at Centennial sports plex plus from medium to full contact sparring 3 - 12 rds three times a week. It is lonely in the country compared to anywhere that I have lived. Anyway, have a great night..I will be following God willing. I am learning from you, Dr.Berry, Dr. Berg, plus the heart surgeons in the carnivore community. I will let you know what my new test show when I get them. My triglycerides were high . Overall cholesterol was only 206 and I have calcifiying coronary arteries. Very scary. I think they call that a widow maker?
Wow you do a lot, very active..good for you. How long have you been carnivore? Are you taking supplements? I know you listen to Dr. Berg, so you know that calcium supplements cause arterial calcification. Anyway, keep us updated on your progress.
Such a brilliant interview! Thank you Dr. Chaffee for creating this channel and bringing so much health knowledge and information to the general public! Dr. Means is truly a breath of fresh air in the medical field! I admire her genuine, structural and well-spoken pitch, with clear explanation of the approach, quoting strong statistics and researchers, and extension of medical terms, making it sounding so feasible, practical and convincing for people really care about long term health! Full of hopes! And I'm truly touched by her career pivoting to Metabolic Health!😇 I immediately shared with a few youngsters getting into medical school!❤ What you're doing here is amazing! Millions of thank you!🙏
awesome! just what I needed to watch on Halloween to curb my sugar cravings! This information can never be reiterated enough- thank you Dr's Chaffee and Means
Started carnivore October 1st. Even with maybe 4 cheats i lost 30 pounds in 50 days! I was very sick and i knew it. But i never thought 30 pounds in 50 days never hungry, barely hit the gym. What!? It doesn't make sense to me but I'm gonna keep doing what works! Even if i can't work out as hard as before I'm hitting goals way faster!
That's great to hear! Yeah that's the thing, the body works amazingly well when eating what it's designed to eat. And don't worry, your fitness and strength will come back stronger than ever once you get fully fat adapted
Keto for 2 years and currently educating myself to switch to carnivore. Reversed pre-diabetes, chronic joint pain and rosacea. Lost 60 pounds and got off all meds including meds for anxiety and depression. I want to tell people how I got here and help them find their way to being their optimal selves too. There’s so much push back when I bring up any dietary changes. How do you tell people, where do you start, is there one video you would share to help someone wrap their mind around taking the first step to changing their life?
@@julies570difficult to advise someone not motivated to commit to a decision for their own health. Only you can decide for yourself. I tried to tell People to please change Their laundry Soap they think I'm crazy. I am seventy four The carnivore diet has helped me so much wish I would have discovered this year's ago. Thank you for another wonderful podcast.❤
Hey Dr. Chaffee one one of my favorite podcasts to date! Question...I've found I've almost lost my appetite doing carnivore. Should I wait until I am hungry to eat or just eat anyway? I don't want to undereat.
I am able to get blood tests through Ulta Labs in the USA (California) without a prescription. Ulta labs is not the only company that provides that service. It is relatively inexpensive and they often have specials and offer panels for specific conditions and for general health.
You can do hard things! As Dr Boz encourages: know your ‘why’ and make it truly significant to your life, not necessarily just losing weight. Best to you
Hey, I’ve heard her name before! I think her brother talked about her about a year ago when he interviewed with Dr Berry regarding big food companies. Glad to get to hear her. She’s easy to learn from. Thanks! I’ll be sharing this!
In the world of medicine, drugs, and big food, there is an unwritten rule that they don't discuss publicly. Do not find a cure, and attack anyone who is on the right path in findig a cure, or else we will be put out of business.
Yeah.. but on a personal note, decided to change my primary Dr. although I he had been my Dr. for over 15yrs. I had been overweight since childhood.. surgical intervention did not help that situation, was vegetarian since the age of 10. Discovered carnivore ....lost weight..however my Dr. asked what I was doing but DID NOT APPROVE. I was like - Uuuuummm, I am getting healthier and closer to a normal weight, And should stop immediately?? See ya doc....WTH ...right?
@@techchika that's the irony and ruse. They tell you don't believe your lying eyes. You're a conspiracy theorist. Ya right. I just do the opposite what the doctors tell me and I haven't been this thin and healthy and fit since I was 20. I'm 58 now.
Now I (60) m in carnivore in 4th week, my sleep time has reduced from 7-9 hours to 4,5 - 5, tracked by smart watch. My deep sleep phase appeared for the first time. My hypothesis is that one need a greater amount of sleep to deal with the plant and processed garbage. When I wake up at 3 am I jump out of bed, ready for the day. Earlier I needed a nap or two a day this is gone too.
I’ve noticed that - wake up way earlier without an alarm. Not tired. Clear eyes (not blurry anymore - oxylates - was eating lots of nuts to try to keep weight on). Now I just need something physical to do (besides computer work 😩).
This Podcast and the one that you did with teh professor in England are incredible amazing, is like listening two Einsteins of metabolic Medicine, incredible amazing.... Thank you Doc Anthony Chaffe , thank you Dr. Casey Means incredible lecture, a lot of information, Thank you so much to both of you... I really hope with your diet i can get to the point to eradicate diabetes, but I still having up and downs hope I can normalize it... Thank you again...
Bringing on Dr Means was amazing ! I’ve always believed mitochondria was the key to health. How she explains it’s function linked to inflammation was powerful ! Lifestyle was also a huge change that people need to make , but so hard due to food addiction! Thank sugar for that!
As this interview progressed I saw this woman become more and more valuable. Great information. I am lion diet and my sleep has improved tremendously. My stamina has gone way up. Ps. Had a triple cabbage 7 years ago and I am younger. Carrnavor seems to simple address everything Casey is talking about. Thank you both.
Within the forst week my blood sugars are within range all the time. Weight can reduce to help heal the extreme insulin resistance/diabetes. Inflammation can reduce and hormones can normalise and life can be lived. Anxiety and depression disappears like magic.
I became a hippy in 1968, started eating organic food and became a vegetarian. While I'm not doing all of those things now, I still strongly believe that we humans are an organic part of the planet and our health is tied to take in the foods that the planet supplies. I also believe that food is medicine. There's much more that I could say but that's the short form.
3 years carnivore and 1 of the stranger NSVs that I have noticed is a reduction of ear wax build up. In total I have a list of 21 NSVs that my GP cannot explain why they have occurred.
Hey Anthony, I have a friend with "Alpha Gal Syndrome" (I know it sounds funny) but I was wondering if you knew anything about it and could make a video maybe looking into how to work around a condition like that? It's essentially an allergy to red meat and a lot of other very good foods caused by a tick bite or contaminated meat.
From what I understand it's only from The lone Star tick bite not contaminated meat but it's also just an allergy to a carbohydrate found in red meat so you can still eat any other meet and not have a problem doing a carnivore diet. Also from what I am told by other doctors it only lasts for a few months and then goes away so hopefully that's the case with your friend as well. Good luck with it!
