Hey I have a question about hormones and endometriosis :) Is 500 mg chrysin a day okay? Can it help? Can it damage me? And also,have you heard of DIM ? Is it okay to take both chrysin and dim for endometriosis? ❤ Im kind of doing this "blindly" cause i cant find a doctor in my city(the waiting list is too long)and i cant stand the pain so i cant keep waiting for a doctor i gotta do it myself...and im scared ill do something wrong so i wanted to ask you.😊

Hi! I can't give specific advice however in general supplements taken as directed on the supplement label can be safe for a short period of time as long as one does not have medical conditions. If medical conditions are present or medications are being taken then consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is necessary. I'm not as familiar with chrysin, DIM is great when taken as directed. I hope this helps!
