There are only a handful of players that will ever sniff the contract and demanding power kawhi has, this is an anomaly at best. Look at guys like Isiah Thomas, wanted more money and teams quickly shut him down. Where is he now? In the G League making chump change. Dennis Schroder suffered a simillar fate as well. Kawhi's contract is soley based on his body of work. Teams won't sign you top billing if you're not at that level. You make it seem like these billion dollar franchises have zero leverage in negotiations which I find comical

You’re right they are incredible as a team but it’s a huge burden to be asked to play the whole regular season with title hopes with your 2 stars missing majority of that time for years.

As a player you welcome that opportunity. You don't think these guys want to raise their stock and get more shots? No one expects Norm Powell to carry the Clippers to a finals appearance.
