Now...this is where the rubber hits the road..or runway. Always be prepared to suck it up and.....( drumroll...) GO AROUND!!!... Navy pilots landing on aircraft carriers know this.. Every landing is a potential.. GO AROUND!! Look at any video of carrier landing and the aircraft at the point of "trapping " the cable with the tail hook is ready to bolt and take off again...( most people won't see it happen ..but the maneuver is there. Great video!!! Great Pilot 🐦
