Even your sparring would sleep most people Matt 😂 you can obviously tell during the spar your much more comfortable than Paul but he’ll admit that himself , K1 rules would be a different story , you would then become the fish out of water , great little spar tho , your still very fast , sharp and powerful aren’t ya 👍🏼

Still got fast heavy hands and great head movement matt. Two real hard men but both gentleman.

As much as I enjoyed the sparing, I actually think my favourite bit of the video was the honest analysis of the spare by both of you straight after you sparred. It was really good to see the obvious level of understanding and how you both figured out a game plan even for a spar and discussed it afterwards it shows the level of professionalism that got you both to the level you did in your chosen sports. I found it all really interesting thank the pair of you!

Looking at this and I know its only sparing but I think Matt Legg would win in a real fight? Am I stupid for thinking that?

Great to see you sparring Matt...is this the first time you've sparred for awhile? You guys both looked pretty sharp, however you both looked fairly quickly winded as well...I always found regular sparring was the best way to really give oneself a true sense of where they stood...afterall, the sport we all love is boxing--so, to my mind anyway, it's just best to lace em up & step inside the ropes & punch each other

Only just seen the video. So impressed with the movement, hand speed and all round technical ability. For two big men it was great to watch.

Wow.. didn’t realise Matt has boxed James Toney… gotta have big stones going in with that guy for real.

A few years ago I had to spend a couple of months in a room with a bloke. I am no fighter then or after, but he gave me one great tip......If you have to be in a fight then when you throw a punch imagine that punch is landing a few inches behind the contact point....ie....if you are punching your aggressor in the nose imagine you are punching him in the brain. Of course though, the hard bit is to think about this in the heat of the moment......I've never had to be tested on whether i would use this or not even think of it...... Just wondering if this is a good tactic or just bravado talking from a cellmate?

The difference in pad work is massive. Matty is still top notch on the pads,fast and powerful!
