Ingredients (Serves 3/4)
100-150ml vegetable oil
900g chicken, boneless thigh skin removed
1Kg Best quality vine tomatoes (Cut in half)
12 Green chillies
3 Tbsp fresh Garlic/Ginger paste ( NOT FROM JARS) , alternatively use 3 frozen garlic/ginger cubes.
1 tsp salt (To taste)
2 Tsp fresh black pepper. (peppercorns roughly ground)
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
4 Tbsp Extra Hot Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
3 Tbsp Mr Naga
1 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
2 Tbsp butter ghee
Large handful fresh coriander
Squirt Lemon
