Crazy 4 years later they won a playoff game God damn we are getting old

This video has been aging well. The Browns pick an absolute stud DE in Myles Garrett who also has on-field issues now. They drafted Baker Mayfield, a QB who had a fantastic rookie year, and also Nick Chubb, their next franchise RB. They also bring in Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry to tp off what should be a prolific offense, as well as a strong defense that has been bolstered by the arrival of Demaryius Randle and Denzel Ward. With this culmination of talent all coming together, they accomplish.... a .500 ish season and likely miss the playoffs entirely

You are the offseason champions after trading for one of the best WRs in the game in OBJ! Too bad success in the offseason doesn't translate to success on the field. You ended up firing your HC and GM (again) after another disappointing season. The worst part is that you actually did *better* in 2018. 2020: Holy shit! You actually made the playoffs after an impressive 11-5 season, AND you beat the Steelers in a playoff game! You may have fallen short to the Chiefs, but you can blame the refs for ruling Daniel Sorenson's dirty hit on Rashard Higgins as a touchback for that loss. You'll be back in the playoffs very soon, Browns. 2021: Injuries plague your team throughout the whole season (including Baker Mayfield), but at least it wasn't nearly as bad as the 49ers' injury plague from last season. The real downside is that not only did you miss the playoffs, but OBJ demanded a release from you (and later signed with the Rams), and your hated in-state rival in the Bengals made it to the Super Bowl… 2 seasons after going 2-14. The good news is that the Bengals lost the Super Bowl, the bad news is that now you think Baker Mayfield sucks (even though he was just injured for most of the season). Now including the names of Baker Mayfield, Case Keenum, Nick Mullens, and likely Jacoby Brissett! 2023: You lose Nick Chubb early in the season due to injury, but the team finds a way to get back up on their feet and march forward to an 11-6 season, and a wild card spot. Kevin Stefanski wins his 2nd Coach of the Year award, and Myles Garrett finally has a DPOY award to add to his Hall of Fame résumé. You become the first franchise in NFL history to make the playoffs after starting 4 different QB’s: He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named, PJ Walker, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, and… the most surprising name of them all… Comeback Player of the Year award winner Joe Flacco!
