Because of my job, I eat 2 meals a day. Morning and dinner. Yes, I get hungry around noon time, then, small bite. Nuts and banana, or big sweet red apple, Orange, cracker, PB and J ( super chunk peanut butter and jam) sandwich, a glass of milk, a cup of yogurt, etc. Evening, very simple well balaned small amount meal, but I take multi vitamins and calcium for my bones every day. Oh, I work for very busy restaurant, lunch time get so busy, so we move our lunch time. Average numbers of customers come to eat at our place is about 1000 in 12 hrs operation daily.
