This 1 hour intense step cardio workout is fun, challenging and it will get your dripping with sweat form head to toe. This is a fast paced, fat burning walking at home workout, that is easy to follow and if done regularly it will help you achieve your weight loss goals.
I reached over 8000 steps and burned 600 calories, but if you chose to walk during all intervals your results could be ever better.

this isn't easy to do but boy is it effective... I've been doing your step workouts regularly and I think they've helped me lose weight more than any other workout I've tried. this + healthy eating = -6 kg in 3 months and feeling happier and stronger than ever before. Thank you!!

This workout has helped me to shed 8lbs in 8 weeks. I am a woman in her late 50’s with the metabolism of a tortoise! I have been trying to lose my lockdown weight gain for over a year and doing this work out 5 - 6 times a week has been the answer. Back in my UK size 8 clothes 😀😀😀😀

This was a different type of workout, but I burned 528 active calories and an average heart rate of 126bpm. I had 6 pound ankle weights on each foot for the first 20 minutes and then took them off and I am glad I did as it would have been much harder as I had a hard enough time trying to be at your speed on this. I went back to your earlier workout videos for more variations since I have been doing alot of your more recent ones lately. How on earth did I miss this??? I used weights, skipped the two breaks and sped up. It was one hell of a workout and my shirt was totally drenched, thank you for this one!

Finished this, got 28 fat burning zone minutes. For me, the grind started after 35 minutes or so. Love to do these 1 hour circuits on holidays.

I love Olivia’s workouts and do lots of them, but I think this one would have to be my favourite that I keep coming back to again and again. It’s not easy and works up a great sweat, but it is achievable and so much fun. I love it when that Sean Paul song comes on so much! I have been using this and healthy eating to help me lose 1.5 stone by myself and I can feel myself becoming stronger, healthier and happier. Thank you so much Olivia ❤

Fantastic workout! What I love about these step workouts is how much core work is included but also if you add wrist weights or hold light dumbbells there is so much for the upper body in them too! 161 max HR, 531 cals burned. Thanks so much x

I also wanted to add I'm working with a personal trainer with 3 cardio days per week/2 strength training days. My strength days are always preplanned but cardio isn't. I tend to get bored easily and am always looking for low impact options to get cardio in.

Slow and steady step workout that seems to target and tone the whole body. Enjoyed the variations in moves to keep me going for the full hour. 365 calories burned. Step guess: around 7000. Thanks for another great step workout Olivia! 💛💛💛 Update: had to do this one again and threw on a 16lb weighted vest for added resistance. Was dying half way through and super sweaty! 413 active calories burned this time. 🤍🤍🤍

Such an effective workout. I lost 0.5kg the second day. I tried other knee friendly workouts but they doesn’t help me lose weight so much. So I come back to this one again. Make it my daily routine… hope to see more such knee friendly but high intensive workouts!

Hi Olivia, You provide high quality videos and spend a lot of time and effort to make them ready. Just as a suggestion, if you add more light or hire a person to engineer the light, it makes your production more than perfect!

Hi. Thanks for that. Unfortunately it’s not that simple. I use studio lighting but living in England has its cons and I can’t seem to master the lighting when it’s both a cloudy and sunny day🥺 But I’ll keep that in mind and keep working on improving my videos☺️
