I am a new subscriber (and look forward to doing some of your one hour runs!) It is NOTHING PERSONAL, but I do prefer to listen to own music while watching your videos. Would you consider doing one of two things for people who have the video volume muted? Either 1) have your timer count DOWN instead of UP, which would help determine what level I might select (a one minute interval vs. a 3 minute interval, for example) or 2) briefly flash on the screen how long the interval will be (like you do with the song/artist title)? THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING.

💛💛🏃🏾‍♀️ This was amazingly challenging….i was cruising until i hit the fatigue wall but then you made me laugh right in that moment about you know you are a runner when you can have endless conversations about shoes and Fanny packs. 😂 that snapped me right out of the fatigue cave long enough to know I don’t HAVE to do this ….I GET to do this and I LOVE doing this. SO much love for ibx and the running community.

@@onyexoyes! A bit longer than the video… during the blocks, I jogged instead of walked and only walked In between blocks. The last block I took my walks!

Love the hour sessions Ms Rachel you should do even tougher 2HR sessions with like 10min intervals to really test anyone's mental strength.

Great workout! Been struggling with sciatica so I toggled between 5-6 mph. Logged 5.5 miles today. Felt so good and didn’t disrupt my back. Thank you, Rachel!

Thank you so much!! I think the speed for when you start running is different for everyone, depending on how long your legs are, probably. But usually I can no longer “power walk” around 4.0 mph. So for me, it’s anything over that!

Hey Racheal, I am new fan to your channel from New Zealand. I used to be an avid runner after loosing 44 kilos (I believe that is 97 pounds for you) I was training for marathons and competing. During one of my runs I slipped on a curb and tore my ACL and brok a few bones a few years ago, now I have a bionic knee lol (so it still works lol) thing is after 8 months of recovery and continuous physio appointments to help with movement again, due to limited movement now I am now not able to as far as I used to which was up to 24 kilometers (14 miles) now they think that (and I have damages my right ankle too lol) I can run only 4 kilometers but have to take breaks in between. Anyway my point is, that I am so glad that I came across your channel, after not running for all these years your workouts are easy to follow at a comfortable run to follow and that your motivation and encouragement makes me think back to how much I really enjoyed running, so I just wanted to say thank you so much you don't realize it but thank you for bringing back the enjoyment back into running again. I may not be able to run as long any more but your running workouts especially your one hour interval one's just makes morning and gets me going for my other workouts and my day So thank you so much This workout I really liked . So I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel good about running again Sorry this is long bit I just thought I would let you in on it to explain why. Keep up the amazing work look forward to more workouts from you, love your new dedicate fan ❤😊 have a great day. You are an amazing and incredible woman and my inspiration ❤😊😊

Its been exactly a month since ive done this specific work out and i wanted to see if i improved and holy moly I have! My base pace has gone up quite a bit and i hadn't even realized it til now. Im so proud! Tge physical changes are really a nice boost tonmy self esteem. Thank you ❤
