Awesome!!! I have been trying to keep my routine. I couldn’t workout in March…. Too much pain and fatigue with my diagnostic of Uterine fibroid…. I will plan do my surgery on June, so I am doing my best to keep in shape and strength with this routine. More will be great. Thanks!!!

No worries!!! It would be great have some workouts that could be help me after surgery. I know that I have take 6 weeks without working with weight. But I guess that I could take advantage of my thread-mill. Thanks!!’

Get it below 100 bpm. Normal HR range is 60 to 100 bpm.
