I usually can hold 7 comfortably and push myself to 8+ but I did this one at 8 the whole time and even pushed to 9 on the last one! I’m actually improving and it’s all thanks to Rachel and the IBX family!!

I've been doing 12. 3. 40 and then my cool down is this workout. I have to play your video and follow along. No idea how you can talk while doing this. I huff and puff 🤣 I'm like how is she talking! Lol but thank you for this workout. It's my cool down I feel amazing after. One day at a time. As a mom the 15 minutes are definitely me time! Time for myself to focus mentally and physically.

I started pushing myself with my fitness through ibx running! 2 years ago I did a mile in 30 minutes, last year I hit 17 minutes 45 seconds, this year I’ve hit 15 minutes and 45 seconds! Thanks ibx!!
