I worked out on the Total Gym / GR8FLEX consistently for 1 month and here are the results.
The goal was to increase intensity and resistance as each workout progressed until I maxed out the machine. After workout #15 & #16, I pretty much plateaued and the gains that I developed were maintained. Reach me in the comments with any questions.
