Absolutely, still have a good amount places I would like to explore this riding season so the miles with continue yo climb, we’ll see how much I end off the season with 👍

I put 6500 miles on my zx6r the 1st year I bought it. I only live 5 miles from where I work, so I literally ride it everyday even in the pennsylvania winters

That’s what’s up dude, I’ve been doing it since my teen years, not for motivation though, esp not that area, it’s all old / family money, no one there “got it out the mud” so nothing to be motivated by if that makes sense, I just like architecture lol I was once a pizza delivery boy in a wealthy area, Job sucked, Pay was garbage but I got to see some really really interesting houses up close and personal, I considered some of those homes just art lol

If not what happened to it? & yeah i meant more so Just having them adjust the valves if needed, you can do a majority of the checklist yourself or at a different time, some people split the things up and do some before or later on etc. Idk anyone that goes by the book to a T lol

@@MADLITS1K It was gen 1, I did oils and filter every 3k kilometers, bike was still on the original chain and sprockets, lubed them at every fill up. Only major issues were the switchgear and the poory made oem clutch basket. I have sold it and replaced with an Aprilia RSV4 RF. Beemer was ok, but the electronics and horrible throttle response put me of it. Engines on these things do last, but the suspension starts to feel like a shopping trolley after like 7-8k.

In kilometers, it was on the original clutch plates, but i believe it had three clutch outer baskets. @@parthasarathy5222

possibly, idk where youre from but usually the first gen can be found for around 8-9k.. 11k is 3rd gen territory, first gens are still amazing though, they just lack the tech the later gens have, id shop around a bit for a 2016+ model for 11k

I check for leaks after every ride lol the bumps here are vicious man and wow he’s got 18k miles already on a 22? Or just in general? The check list is fairly simple I’d just do most of it myself if I were him and split the important parts up.. do some early, some later, etc.
