Me too and it help you sleep better and breath much clearer while sleeping. No snoring ..it works like magic and you can feel it working..i drink a lot of water but in the morning I take I teaspoon of it with coffee oh yes

@@rgm6595 Nigella seeds in powdered form(1/2 or 1tsp) + 1tbsp honey that's it. That's how I used to take it. Smell can put you off. Edited: Try daily for 15 days. Later, every alternate days would do just fine or thrice a week.
Ya but who wants to chew the seeds😅 the oil is much better, I drop a tablespoon in a 4 oz shot of carrot juice n some lemon juice, my skin hair love it , 61 years old and people think I’m early 50s. God Bless
Which ever black seed oil you use, make sure the company has a certificate to prove it's authentication. Otherwise you will be wasting your money. I done my research and bought mine from blessed seed UK. Update after 4 weeks, I am switching to bionatal black seed oil, I will let everyone know which is better.
Nobody makes this statement online, it would be dangerous...just try it yourself and examine, it's only an oil... I have it to my 10 yr old who has asthma and I love have seen 80% improvement
I don't think it does all those things. I been taking it over a yr and have a lot of health problems. I find it better to use on my skin for dry skin patches
just because doesn't work for you, doesn't mean that it doesn't work at all, people are using it for more than two thousand years. If you got too many health conditions, don't expect to be all gone only by using the oil...
Kindly comment on the attendant risk of any ''seed oils'' alleged [ if not proven ] to be one of the most unhealthy items we are consuming nowadays ..... even worse than sugars, carbs, trans, and even-numbered omega fatty acids???

Most of the "seed oils" that are referred to as unhealthy, are the processed grains that are used as a cooking oil in modern society such as canola oil, cottonseed, soy oil etc... I notice black seed oil has high Omega 6 fatty acid and I understand Omega 6 fatty acid is bad. So is black seed oil bad cause it has very high Omega 6 fatty acid? Ratio of Omega 6 to 3 is 197 to 1!
Not all omega 6 fatty acids are bad, this is s misconception. The body needs omega 3 and 9 in balance. Omega 6 fats generally promote healthy inflammation, but too much causes too much inflammation. Some omega 6 fats are also anti-inflanmatory. Black seed oil also contains omega 9, which is also anti inflammatory. It is confusing.
It is quite costly.. however Whole foods has been a reliable location for me. I am lothe to online purchases with delayed shipping and I prefer to buy in person. Bou you can find online access to it with a simple term search.
