2 Honourable Mentions: Ahmed Johnson vs Faarooq in 1996 for the Intercontinental Title was called off due to Johnson getting legitimately injured by Ron Simmons on the latter Raw Debut, Another from 1996 was British Bulldog taking on The Ultimate Warrior But Warrior was Fired 2 months before & so was replaced by Sycho Sid.

He wasn't "legitimately injured" by him at all. The only thing legit was that he had been diagnosed with kidney issues which would require months of time off. Faarooq's attack was simply done to give an on-air reason for him being inactive and having to vacate the IC title.

There were some plans for Cesaro vs Lesnar at 2014, you know when the Swiss teamed up with Heyman but didn't happen for some reason. Then, another Lesnar match probably nixed is the Lesnar vs. Bryan for the WHC, what could have been if Bryan didn't get injured. And I think I saw somewhere that an IC Championship showdown was pitched between Chris Jericho (IWGP IC Champ) and Seth Rollins (WWE IC Champ) back in 2018.

Apparently the whole plan for Cena, Show and Beaver vs The Wyatts was that as the show went on, Beaver would go about being an annoyance to Cena, while Show would (no pun intended) try and play peacemaker, in the end, Cena, Show and Beaver would (of course) be the ones to go over, and after the match, Cena would finally have enough of Beaver's annoying behavior and give him an AA to send the fans home happy

Yes. From what I've heard, Beefcake was supposed to win the Intercontinental Championship at one point. But his injuries kept tripping him up. Shame for him, but all the better for WWE in the long run since Warrior and Tornado did much better than he would have.

John cena is Mr Summerslam he’s had better matches at summerslam then Brock lesnar cena was gifted in the ring and he put so many guys over cena winning summerslam 2010 was great and I was so happy cena closed out that summerslam just shows how much of a legend cena is and to team up with Justin Bieber cena the biggest star in wwe and Bieber 2014 man I wish that should have happened

How is Chyna vs Stone Cold Steve Austin not on this list? And don't tell me that the match was never planned to happen. Because, whether Chyna was gonna be booked to win or look strong in a loss, fact is that this WAS the plan for SummerSlam 99. There's even a Chiron for the match with special guest referee Jesse Ventura. And wwe doesn't usually make those for matches that are NEVER going to happen at time of making the graphics.
