Are there any options to use STSOL ( maybe 2+2 years, at the 3rd year? ) to PR like using by MLTSSL ( after 3 years, you can get PR )?

Thanks for your questions. STSOL occupations are not available for employer sponsored PR applications through the 186 ENS. Depending on your occupation on a 482, you may have the ability to get a positive skills assessment and then try for a state nominated points visa. Hi, you can only stay as long as your visa permits you. Also, anyone is able to apply for PR but tourist visas do not have a PR stream. Meaning, the tourist visa will not lead you to permanent residence.

Hi Mike, while someone holding permanent residency is able to sponsor you, sponsorship for the 482 visa is typically for businesses. So, it would be less about the person and a more about the business sponsoring you. It is important you book a consultation with an RMA to receive accurate advice.

@@WorkVisaLawyers I have been granted 482 visa but they are asking me to show a basic travel allowance of 4,499.99 aud for them to give the final approval if they do not receive the confirmation they will automatically cancel the visa . And I don't have that much funds available currently to show and have changed my mind and want to withdraw my application now. So what should I do in this case. It's urgent.
