I’m a meat eater and cook. My vegan Uncle came to visit for a week, I was able to keep his belly full and the non vegans even loved the vegan dishes. I’ll have to incorporate vegan dishes when I Sunday cater for our church. I bet it’d be appreciated. Thank you! ✝️💜

tanzaniteblueeye it’s a way to get them beyond it. I did this a while with my husband until he began to like the taste of actual vegetables. Now we don’t do this much at all. The occasional seitan because it’s plain good 😊

That steak looks INSANE. The scallops - genius. EVERYTHING. I’m drooling onto my keyboard. I wish the world could taste delicious vegan food like this - people would realize they don’t have to sacrifice their favorite tasty, decadent dishes. You need to open a worldwide chain of restaurants - including the drive-thru types - so we can spread the message of vegan deliciousness. I also wonder if some of your creations could be sold in supermarkets - either fresh or frozen. Could the steak be sold frozen and reheated at home, with sauce in a packet? Just wondering how we go about introducing the masses to yummy vegan food. I’d invest in such a venture.

When are you gonna stop pretending it's the same, and when are you gonna realise veganism isn't better for the planet, it involves a lot importing of foods that are out of season or just don't grow in certain climates, it contributes just as much if not more to deforestation because crops need to be rotated or they will have little to no nutritional value to them because they get it from the soil which needs to be fertilised and the best way to do that is with cattle, entire eco systems are being destroyed by farming of tropical fruits and nuts, your diet isn't sustainable or environmentally friendly, get a clue

I know non-vegans won't believe this because they're hooked/addicted to animal flesh, but I went vegan 5 years ago and I feel GREAT. Even if a full vegan lifestyle isn't for you, just incorporate a less meat diet and you'd feel 10 times better and you'd see the difference in what I'm saying. There are so many more options out there today than from just 2 years ago, you can have many of the same delicious dishes with far less health risks, cholesterol, fats, etc.

You can by vegan steaks just like you can buy animal steaks but this is simply showing how to make it from scratch. Which obviously is a lot faster than making animal steaks from scratch haha. Also, the point is, most people grew up eating meat so its familiar, you get to eat the same stuff but without the animal abuse

Navi Heals Yes, there’s lots of products( Pot Noodle being a common one) that have the flavour of Chicken, Cow flesh. But are just chemical or natural flavourings. Perhaps what I should of said ( if anything) was, ‘Artifical Animal Flavouring’.

I just commented about this some dont realize the fact that even though it says CHICKEN FLAVORING (THE ANIMAL BONE MARROW IS BEING USED) i check every ingredient i possibly can all the time some dont care that just means they arent vegan if you arent going the extra.mile while title yourself Vegan. That's just how i see things and they didnt specify clearly in the video about the chicken seasoning so Please be mindful they ground up animal bones into a powder with salt and other flavors next time you go to the store look at the raman noodle packs and ever last 1 involving animal flavor contains "BONE MARROW" from the animal i hope these people in the video are aware of this as well some vegans make mistakes... I find quite a lot of vegan and vegetarian food irritates my IBS and endometriosis, I can happily eat fish and chicken, but soya, tempeh, some grains, quorn, lentils, pasta, pulses, too many veg, etc I can't tolerate and I've been eating them despite this years, as I don't like red meat. When I don't eat them there's an improvement in my symptoms. It's a shame as I thoroughly enjoy veggie and vegan food, and these recipes look delicious. Hopefully there will be some better tolerated options created by food scientists in the future.

Idc how many times I've made a "cheese sauce" the vegan shreds I put in never melt. They just sit there. I've used different brands. Its sauce with pieces of vegan cheese shreds in it.

You don't have to make these type of recipes, you can stick to the basics :) it's easier if you transition slowly, learn to cook, and there is alternatives to everything :) there is some recipes on RU-vid that have about only 5 ingredients and take like 15 mins just start with those
