I started physical activities a year ago after watching your (v cut abs home work out video) | Like 20 mins walk and 20 mins slow jogging, basic cardio, 20 push ups (10 regular and 10 knee) simple abs crunches, 5 kg dumbbells (2) double arm curls 20 2sets. Trust me, the transformation was totally unbelievable even I was not expecting it. The important part is I'm not following any diet. I'm on my usual regural diet. Only thing is I completely cut down consuming milk and milk products now (not for diet purpose I have some lactose issue) I am using whey protein recently about a month to see if I can build mass. I don't want to put more muscle mass like body builders but to see visible abs and chest. I'm proud on my self now. Thanks Sanju you are one of the person I got motivated.
@@dr.blastboi1315 My target is to be fit, So I am doing the above mentioned as my routine daily. I got the visible shapes. If you want to gain muscle mass, use whey protein daily and do progressive improvement / increament. Do the reps more or increase the weight of dumbbells double bars progressively to see muscle mass.

I feel like unbelievable Because few years ago I started fat loss without any knowledge of fat loss or diet it taken 3 months to lose 10 kg for me and with some knowledge that I have learned 3 months ago I lost 4 kg in one month that's all I can progress I'm a driver dont have that much of body activity so I burn less calories as well I only eat one day and one day full fasting I drink five litters of water and that one day eating also I take 3 meal morning 4 roti afternoon chickpeas night vegetables and sometimes rice because if take less carb I won't have energy to work out this my story
