Great stuff! Sorry if this is slightly off topic, but I've been watching your content on fasting and how the taoists eat. Would you consider doing a video on what a day of eating in the life of a taoist looks like?

Thank you George for this opportunity to practice with you and explore the wonders of the Wodung mountains as well as our energies and movements. It’s was a wonderful 10 days challenge with good fit to my availability to practice and be part of the community of tai chi lovers. I also enjoyed how you played Ben Bohmer in the Buggy session, he is also one of my best favorites! Good bless you and have a great journey of self discovery.

I did this lovely breathwork practice outside on a Cornish hill overlooking the sea in the early morning. Feeling the gentle breeze and listening to your voice with bird song as my soundtrack was magical! Thank you George. I missed a few practices in the week but will be going back to them. Thank you for sharing these tools with us 🙏🏻

Loved experiencing this with you George. ❤ thank you. Wishing it was longer….! Q. When we do the Tai Chi salute, (which I much prefer, I have used it for sometime now since I learned it) is there a saying of sorts that goes with it, similar to prayer hands and Namaste…?
