I'm so glad to have this channel...I've been doing your workouts for about six months and I feel toned. stronger ..better balance and posture...and look forward to continued workouts....the new sitting core exercises are great too....I am 71 now and need these at home exercises everyday....it has also strengthened my pelvic area which has also helped my prolapse...thank you ladies so much....

I just want to thank you for all of your great videos. Being doing the workouts a few weeks now and feel much better. Diagnosed with diabetes, it was hell of a time to lift my (too big) butt. Yesterday I did rather heavy upper body strength work, and needed a rest. This routine was just perfect! I still feel the afterglow "tummy tingle" of this routine. I have very good abs, but no exercise goes to waste with me. I held the static moves longer and increased those requiring reps. Slow, steady, and effective, especially holding in that navel hard. Nice routine. I didn't clap, but did meet my hands beneath my raised thigh. This is one exercise you can do in front of the TV!!! Thanks to both of you...Anastasia

I have been looking for a core workout to help with upper back pain- my core is really weak. I was so pleased to see this video! I've done this video before but paid really close attention to you this time. I have a bad habit of forgetting to breathe while I try to do any kind of stretching exercise, such as this one when arms are stretched out. Sometimes hard to do when you're concentrating. So, a reminder is always appreciated!

April, my physical therapist told me never to do those arm rolls you did. Said it was bad for your shoulders but of course it could have been because I had shoulder surgery. I really enjoy all your videos.
