I've tried so many modalities for my back, which also has scar tissue from a car accident, but nothing seems to help...until this video!!! I've been doing this everyday for two weeks and I can't believe how much my posture has improved. Best of all, it doesn't hurt the rest of my joints because it's standing. This is a life staple now, and I will be watching your other videos. I can't thank you enough! Such positive vibes too!!!

This is so effective especially when you are experiencing a terrible back pain.... You will feel pain (especially if you have scoliosis) while doing exercise. After you finish exercise. You feel good as if the pain didn't happen.♥️✨ Thank you so much... I hope you can still continue to create content.

This is a great video! I’ve been doing it twice a days for a few days now and it makes such a difference in conjunction with my other scoliosis exercises.
Omg thank you for these!!!! My breathing is not heavier now by trying these exercises in just 3 min omg thank you 😭 having dextroscoliosis is hard, Ill be consulting my doctor next week for a rehab therapy I hope it gets better 🙏🏼
I have the combined curve, both about 30 degrees. Ever since I started working long hours, I get severe back pain. I am going to do these stretches on my breaks and check out more of your videos. Thank you!

my first time doing this exercise and I'm STRUGGLING 😭 my ribcage always coming out, sometimes I forget to breathe 😭😭. gonna do this daily, let's see 💪🏻💪🏻

i had trouble the same area you did. made me feel better about not being able to reach my hands behind my back! thank you for this video. I have the double curve and sitting at my desk all day is not helpful!!

Omg. When I say I was doing 2 different yoga videos stretches and my back was still hurting in conjunction with those I did this after and I'm like Wow. The pain I was feeling on my right side has been relieved. I will definitely do this everyday maybe twice a day. Thank you so much for sharing. 😩🤗🤍

Hi Rashmi! I do this daily or somethimes even 3x per day! Depending on the current situation if I am sitting all day and needed a break, this is my stretching break! I also do yoga to help with my back and just to get stronger and more flexible in general!
Thank you so much for these carefully thought out exercises with clever use of box breathing. I like this technique very much. My neck, thoracic and lumbar spine feel better already. As I have arthritis, spondylitis and osteoporosis, I practice slowly and carefully feeling my way through the body movement and the breathing.

it depends on how bad your scoliosis is, for example i dont need surgery or a corset because im 20° curve but my doctors told me if you’re over 45° you need surgery but i dont know if it’s true

It is ok to bend both sides to create body awareness. From here, feel which side does your body needs to do more. This will help with pain but not technically straighten your spine. If you do my classes daily for 5 days (that I have on here for free), you can eventually straighten your spine with practice. Remember, consistency is key!
