Danke Julia! First time through and I needed a water break at 75%. I’ll build up to hold a plank during the breaks, as they were much needed. And I love the shoulder and hip work. 👍👍

OMG!! What great workout especially at the beginning of my day. I tried holding plank in between sets but had to a break 😅 a couple of times. This is my favorite of your core series. Thank you for sharing.

The pain on Julia's face in the thumbnail is a little foreboding. I was just asking the question -- do I want to do this to myself this morning? lol. But that's what I love about her workouts they might be challenging but they're almost always achievable.

tested the Plank hold or break and the commandos in my core interval set and while the side plank variation makes no real difference for me,, the commandos are a perfect finisher! what a wonderful progression. Thx for making me sweaty, hurt and happy :) oh and overall that is a nice abs/core set.

Thanks for this workout Julia. Something similar for lower body which is a combination of different squats like pistol, dragon, sissy etc with different levels could be a useful to have video on. Thanks once again. From India.
