I just started doing yoga, my goal is every morning after I wake up, and every night before bed. Yours are the only ones I have found that suit my experience levels, and are truly soothing. They make my day instantly better and I have found more patience. My word for today is: better. I want to be/feel/do better than I have the last few days.

I’ve been skipping my morning yoga lately and I decided to do it again this morning. This video was great! It feels so much better to be stretched right away instead of tight for the day.
My word today is "have fun"! I'll be going on a jog today despite shin splints and general laziness with plenty of chores to do at home, but I'm going to persevere through these various excuses to keep up with my training and JOG! Here's to good health and having fun!

Her 30 day 10 min morning yoga challenge made it easier for me to dedicate time and energy to my physical health on a daily basis. I've done almost all of your 10 minute yoga videos. My intention is always productive. But with my busy schedule recently, I feel overwhelmed with my expectations of needing to get everything done. I do this video every morning. It really helps me. I’ve been dealing with financial issues amongst my husbands and I and the relationship is still great, we are just struggling together. I’ve had so much fear and anxiety welling up within me for months, that I had to start finding way to relax before I took on the day. I thank you for your videos. My word for today is: success
