Hey friends! Stretching after a workout can help make your muscles more flexible, reduce tightness, and assist in recovery, but you don't have to do it immediately afterwards. When I stretch within an hour after a workout and before bed, I feel my best and it’s easier! Pay attention to how your body feels- if you feel tight and sore, take it slow and relax into the stretch. There’s no rush!
