I love this workout! I'm 71 years old with osteoporosis. Needless to say, strength training is crucial to my dealing with this. I started with the 5 minute barre exercise for arms with weights and then came across this one. I've been exercising for the last 25 years or more so my diagnosis was surprising, to say the least. I'm hoping that the monthly Evenity injections and my pumping up my strength training will improve my bone density.
My wife bought me some bands after I had a workout with them at the gym. I mostly lift heavy weights and was shocked at how challenging the bands are! Sore muscles, but in a good way. You explain things really well and the pace is achievable. Thanks!

I appreciate your tips for achieving good form. Most videos lack that, leaving me concerned that my efforts to imitate a instructor aren't close enough to the mark for safety and effectiveness. With those example-without-advice videos, I'm reluctant to increase the weight/resistance, but with yours I'm willing to commit to memorizing and practicing the moves. Thanks! I also appreciate how you model breathing out at the point of exertion.
How long are your bands? Mine will not reach the height you show in the video. I even tried the exercises with the lightest weight band (with handles) and still couldn't get the band to stretch far enough to do as you do.
Do you already have, or could you create, a 10-minute band exercise for legs, that uses the band with handles instead of the one that is just a loop? I have a whole set of the bands with handles and am struggling to know some good exercises for legs.

Wow! Its really amazing. This really works! Because of you I love to do more resistance or strength training😊 My body toned well infairness. My colleagues noticed it as well. I am more of resistance training than cardio

Great workout, thank you. Do yo have a 10 min video where you perhaps mention focus on the core so as not to put pressure on the back (if that's a thing with arm exercise, I'm not an expert) Plus id like a 2 minute stretch at the end. Anything available, please?
I love your workouts! They keep you going at a controlled pace. What would you recommend if I'm noticing my arms bulking vs toning and slimming. Would this resistance band training be better for me and my body type?
That was tough and I had to go down to an easier resistance band (green). I want a routine I go do in a hotel room when I travel. These bands will easily fit in my luggage without adding any additional weight. Thank you!
Hello im a chap and have been doing this. It seems very good , all around, and quite comprehensive, but is it enough to keep me fit ie strong and aerobically or do i need to do more? i do this twice a week at mo and walk other days, thx Gav

@fitbymik, how long is your resistance band please? It looks longer than my one which i just measured is just over 4 week. I couldnt do one of the exercises as couldnt reach above my head. What is the best height as dont think mine is long enough please?
