@@aur9035 @Aurelia Elle - Standing Crunch 3x each side - Standing Crunch Twist with Toe Touch - High Knees - Standing Side Crunch with Cross Crunch - Criss cross jumps/jacks (?) this was the one that replaced high knees in the second round of this excercise Hope this helps

I have serious neck issues and these standing abs workouts are a game changer for me!! Highly recommend for people with neck pain. Floor exercises kill me! Thank you for posting.

In my case, I get dizzy and tired very easy, even when I do everyday things like putting my shoes on, and when I have to lie and do activities or exercises, I usually get dizzy and, like in your case, I sometimes have neck pain too. So, for me, these standing exercises are the best.

I started this exercise 5days ago, though my legs still hurt so much after the exercise but my tummy is now flat and my waist was 30.5 now 28.8. I can’t wait to see the result after 2weeks.

I'm about a month into doing this 4 times a week. I'm finding some good improvement in my ab definition, but even more improvement in my posture! That's a really great side bonus for me.

Set 1 0:46 - 3 leg crunches 1:47 - twist and straight leg touch 2:50 - high knees 3:52 - side and across (right leg) 4:54 - side and across (left leg) Set 2 5:55 - 3 leg crunches 6:57 - twist and straight leg touch 7:59 - footwork 9:02 - side and across hold (right leg) 10:03 - side and across hold (left leg) end!! if theres anything wrong please correct me and remember youre already beautiful and you should only change for you

@@electrat8222 Yes i am!, in that moment i was struggling to loose weight but then I started doing higher intensity exercises and eating more food and suddenly I started losing weight again!, is very hard of course but is worth it 💖, I still have a long way to go and even if im going slow im doing progress, best of luck on your journey 💕

I like how they are easy to do (especially for someone who doesn't like to exercise) 😂 BUT I also love that you can hear her breathing is faster too. I see a lot of other workout videos where you don't hear them breathing and just hearing her, shows that no matter what size you are, you will be working your body 💕

I was born with fused vertebrae in my lower spine, so keeping it flat on the floor has always been a challenge regardless of how strong my core is. And now that I am 50, I really feel the discomfort in my lower back when I do a core exercise incorrectly. I have been working out my entire adult life, and I can't believe my trainers and instructors have never mentioned trying standing abs before. It is magical. Thank you!!

These are the easiest set of abs exercises I've seen in a long time. I can do this entire workout at home. I don't have to lie on the floor even once throughout this entire routine. This is so amazing! 👍

Thank you, I kinda messed my posture up while having scoliosis during the pandemic and my core has become a brittle weak mess that has caused my neck, upper back, chest and breathing to become weak, and this is definitely making a difference slowly but surely 😁👍 don't give up!

This was great. My only suggestion is to give a low impact option for the one that replaces the high knees (march in place) in the second round. Some of us need to keep it low impact.

I started 1 month ago and I’m very happy with the results! I totally recommend this workout. I have a vertebral hernia so my pain doesnt let me do exercises very often, but this, the warm up and cooldown routine let no pain in my back

I am trying to lose weight for my health and the three sports I play. Day one: My legs are burning,but I finished the video. Day two:My legs were still hurting but I pushed through.😁 Day three: still not getting easier😂😂😂 Day 4: My legs still hurt but I did it. Day 5: still doing it. Day 6: still at it ✌😗 Day 7: Week one Done ✔ Week 2 here I come 👀 Day 8: I did it😩(getting used to the workout) Day 9: I'm starting to skip the 15 seconds break.(I don't need them really)I feel good 👍. Day 10: Easy😊 Day 11: I was rushing through the workout ,but my legs and stomach. Are getting tone☺ Day 12: I so tried 😟😟 I decided to end this workout but thank my stomach and thighs feel toner and slimmer!!! Thank you❤

Just did your bands butt workout, standing abs, and leg workout all in a row. First time trying your workouts. As a working mom of a toddler and with Covid been hard to be able to do classes or go to the gym, found your workouts perfect to work up a sweat in a short 10-15 minutes, love the fact that little to no equipment needed. This makes it easy to squeeze in a workout even before my work day .. I have no excuses now ! Definitely going to keep subscribing to your channel!

I have lower back and tailbone injuries from powerlifting and find it hard to do abs because of the strain it puts in that area but this helps a lot thank you so much! it also gives a good idea of how intense we can make things with creativity even a stand workout is intense!

paused after 1st round for a long rest. that 45sec high knee almost killed me. 😂 determined to keep doing the workout until I can reach the end (and lose the belly) Got through 2 weeks, added additional 500 High knees and the other 10min standing Abs (Blue long pants). Week1: -1 inch Waist and -0.25 inch Thigh. Week2: -1.5 inch Waist and -0.5 inch Thigh Still have a belly but have much better definition to stomach. Haven't lost much weight as the fat seems to have turned into muscle. Will continue to do this 3 or 4 times a week. thanks @Madfit

Injured my back recently, slowly getting back into working out again. For my injury specifically I thought this was a great one to get back into strengthening my core. Getting down and back up from the ground has been a bit of a struggle.

I'm quite a standing enthusiast. I'm very dedicated to the lifestyle and appreciate seeing others who can truly dedicate themselves to the art of standing. What I'd like to know is will these ab workouts assist with my regularity? Thanks for taking the time for everything you do.

I wish I could have found you before, but I'm glad I did. I love your 15 min stretch video, I was looking for that as all my other workout videos didn't have too much of that. I have fibromyalgia and neck arthritis, so I need a lot of stretching. Due to neck problems I wanted to find an ab workout without putting stress on it and I FOUND IT! Thank you! you are awesom. I love all MADFIT videos.

Thanks for this! Im a baby when it comes to working out so doable workouts like this are perfect for me! I broke out such a sweet and my inner legs are killing me! We all gotta start somewhere!

Thanks for this great workout, couldn’t do the complete side crunches routines but just did cross elbow to knee lift when that hurt. It’s a good return for me after a break and joint pain. Enjoyed it. Will continue

Great exercises! And more "natural." How often are we on the ground, depending on our abs??? EDIT: I'm gonna try this tonight, probably. I will report back with how my abs feel. If it works, they should burn.
