I am new to yoga and and can’t really do anything lying down or on my knees so I very much appreciate these standing practices. I would like more that ran 15 or 20 minutes.
I like your video because it’s a quiet one with just instructions. I like yoga with Adrianne and I don’t mind when she chats a little, but I like it when people get straight to the instructions.

Excellent for me as I am easing the aching body back into my daily practise; I did it and thank you Uliana for your gentle way of teaching. Your standing slow practise works right now for me after I slipped and fell in my home a wk. ago...just badly bruised back/hips,but time heals slowly.
i love this! im 41 years old with very bad flexibility and posture, i find yoga in lying position difficult even its for beginners.! thank you for this.

This was so nice. Really like the standing yogas. 15-20 minutes would be nice, but 10 minutes was also good. You have a very calming voice which I enjoy too.

I was in the parking lot of my local park trying to figure out how to stretch and decompress before a short hike without having to get down on the asphalt, and this was perfect! My body has felt so tight and sore lately and it’s been quite a while since I did a real yoga practice, this was the perfect way to get back into it 💜

I really enjoy this short yoga stretches. It has made it doable for me to start with 5 minutes and gradually work up. Whether it’s 5 or 20 minutes I find it feels good to do either way.
I'm so impressed with your steady balance. You're amazing! I do one of your standing yogas every day, and thanks to you, I have become strong, but not nearly as steady as you. I aspire to even come close. 💙

I am disabled and struggle with a tightness and tension in all my muscles. Though I couldn't do the standing, I did bend and move my body and feel better! Thank you SO MUCH for this video. It was passed on to me by a friend. It really helped.
