I loved this short video. Can fit it in between work phone calls/meetings. This workout seemed to be a little faster pace or BPM which I loved. I enjoyed this short workout.
Fantastic! You can do it at your own pace though if you feel its too fast for you. No need to worry about doing the very same thing perfectly. You've got to listen to your body too.
🤣🤣🤣Do them twice or more. Pretty simple to figure this out. Or, I have a great idea...look for their longer videos in the library. There are plenty of them.
