Today we will be doing Sukshma Vyayama Practice or of the Yoga Warmup series. These small exercises help in opening all the major joints of the body, improving energy flow and warming up the entire body before we start the asana practice.
This is also beneficial for people suffering from joint pains or arthritis.
Once you are ready, let us hop onto the mat and get going!

I love the routine, just it's too fast paced, difficult to make the movements slow and balanced if we are rushing from one movement to another
