Been following your videos since the beginning of my pregnancy and they have really helped me stay flexible and avoiding major pains throughout my pregnancy. In my 38th week now and this video comes just in time as I prep for the final few weeks. Thanks a lot for this. I was just starting to feel a bit stiff around my hips and pelvic area since morning..just did this and am feeling much better now. Thanks again for the helpful videos.

Hi mam...now iam in 37 week baby position is in head down position.but the route not opened..will i get Normal delivery with this excercise or i have to do some more?... please give suggestion...i got highbp recent days..

Hi Manjula, you can start after week 32 once the baby is in head down position.

Hi! Doctor recommended bed rest as I have a short cervix. I m 27 weeks pregnant now. Can I do these then?

Hi, if your Dr has suggested bedrest, please refrain from doing any exercise as it can trigger preterm labor.

Hi, if your baby is already in head down position and you have a go ahead from your Dr. to practice prenatal yoga, you can start doing these.
