This was great being a beginner in foam rolling! Would have been even nicer if you spent the time on each limb as one does, that way I don't have to be constantly pausing and playing, and also don't know what a "good" pain vs "bad" pain feels like so could have done with a bit of more in-depth explaining :) Thanks!!
