Blake, I've been following you for a long time. Great informational videos. My issue is definitely my thoracic area (neck pain and I have cervical stenosis). There's no way, I can get to the floor and foam roll that area, but that's where it hurts. Extensions like that hurt especially coming back from the extension. What can I do? Any suggestions?
