I’ve been struggling with tightness for years. Massage, stretch does nothing! I’ve been saying for years that I feel like certain muscles have been turned off creating this tightness/pain. I have recently been helped by chiropractic but your videos seem to target the areas (glutes/hip flexors) that feel weak. Very excited to implement these movements!

Thanks. I'm aware of the one-legged stance exercise and sometimes practice it to strengthen the hip flexors :)

Thankfully in Pilates we both strengthen and stretch hip flexors in a lot of the exercises we do. You spoke about making the exercises harder well we add bands both long and loop to add resistance. Great vid

I found the one leg glute bridge with opposite hip flexor activation worked magic on my back problems.

Thank you for this video! It wpuld be great to have some of your views about spondylolisthesis and snapping back. Many of the common exercises with extension aggravate the pain because the feeling of instability in the back.

Thank you! Love your videos. If I have lumbar lordosis and require that stretching, should I also be strengthening the hip flexors or simply stick to stretching??

Where should you feel it when strengthening the hip flexors? In the top of the quads or more of a deep abdominal?

Why would you want to grow the chest if it can support a bad shoulder posture? Are there any other benefits of strength rather than just increasing nasal activation?

Hi, great video Blake! I have posterior pelvic tilt and strengthening my hip flexors and body regularly. How would foam rolling/massage on thigh, hamstrings, glutes and upper back as a warm-up affect my posterior problem? Thanks!
