Biggest game changer for me, was rotating my femur/leg just slightly laterally. My leg was chronically internally rotated in which put too much weight on my arches leading to collapse. Even tho I did a ton of arch exercises, it cannot support your entire weight. Your entire leg must be aligned optimally first.

Bunions can also bring problems on the rest of the skeletton, especially on the same side. What exercises are best for bunions? Could you make a video on that topic? Thank you.

Great topic. I have one flat foot I know it is a big reason for many other posture issues. Should I do these exercises on both sides or just the one that is flat? Thank you for the advice!

What do you recommend shoe-wise for flat feet when standing all day? Would it still be the minimalist shoe, or is that better for things like walking and training? Is there a time that arch support is beneficial? Thank you !

Oh good, I got me a little arch phew! I just checked what if I don't have a true leg discrepancy and this flat foot issue. And the back of my legs are nice and straight they dont curve in

Hi, I've recently been told that my flat feet are the underlying cause of tinnitus, TMJ, maltracking knees, popping hips, neck clicking etc... that I've had for 4 years. I've changed my shoes to Asics with a wide toe area and I'm going to get orthotics soon as well. If I use toe spacers and do these exercises, would my knees naturally align back to normal by themselves, or would I need to do knee strengthening exercises as well? Thanks.

I got flat feet cause by my poor ankle doorsiflexion, but when I try to stretch my Calf muscle I didnt feel the stretch.

Using the braces for your teeth analogy when it comes to toe spaces, could one apply the same analogy to orthotics putting your joints/tendons/muscles into a more optimal position over time?

When I use barefoot shoes/minimalist shoes I get a lot of pain under my inner ball of the foot. Like a boney ache. I've had it for years. Any suggestions regarding that?

I have flat feet but I supinate. I don't know how this is even possible but it's true. My shoes wear out on the outside (laterally) and my arch although improving is minimal. Any ideas on what the heck is going on there? Been wearing spacers and minimalist shoes for years and I can see a beginning of an arch now.

I think my steel toe work boots stiff bottom also caused my flat weak feet. 8 hrs a day strapped in there. Thanks for the help

Try to buy some better quality shoes with wide front and heel supresion. I have bought puma safety, expensive but it takes away some pain.

Keen boots can be wide and Project Farm showed they offered the best protection. I’d also wear wide shoes after working and using toe spacers like Correct Toes.

I know you have workouts and stuff but so is my flat foot like a death sentence. Since I have it will these workouts not do anything for me:/. Will I be in pain forever then?

Or you can strengthen the ipsilateral glute and contralateral lat, coupled with the contralateral hip flexor and ipsilateral shoulder flexors. Then the valgus knee will staighten. AKA Middle Cross Syndrome corrective exercises.. Thank me later 👌

All those imbalances of the hips are secondary to the flat foot and pronated ankle(s)

From what I’ve been told by my current Osteopath and Doctors it absolutely is not a reversible condition. Once an arch has collapsed then it’s collapsed. I’m here open minded but yeah, not sure about this.
