Your video surfaced during my search for relief from the aches and pains in my hips. I’m celebrating nearly 15 months of sobriety, and tomorrow I turn 52! I’ve neglected my body in numerous ways, but now, in a healthier state of mind, I’m ready to prioritize healing and self-love. It’s been about three weeks since I stumbled upon your video, and my flexibility has returned! I’ve integrated additional exercises to strengthen my muscles. I'm amazed! I'm 74 and for the past 15 years, I haven't been able to sleep for more than an hour on one of my sides because my hip starts hurting. A couple of months ago, I did this workout for a week. It was difficult and I couldn't really extend my leg out behind me that far. Later, I noticed I could sleep longer on that side without pain, but didn't really push it. Last night I slept all night on that side without pain. I am sure that this routine is what did it. I've slacked off doing it for quite a while, but now I will definitely get back to it. I think doing it even 2-3 or times a week could make a big difference. So excited and thank you for sharing all these excellent workouts!

I have very tight hips and am constantly searching for ways to heal and improve my flexibility. I find my ability to exercise is often limited because the hip problem affects my knees but I refuse to stop exercising so use workarounds. Yesterday I was particularly stiff and tried this workout and your other knee workouts and holy cow, by nightfall my hips felt loose and pain free. I was able to walk easily and it felt so good. I will be doing this workout every morning before everything else. Really appreciate these helpful movements and your positive energy.

Great workout. Had hip replacement 5 years ago and even with therapy, never regained the flexibility I had prior to the surgery. Will see! Love Buddy, he is a wonderful distraction.

This really helps Shelly got osteoporosis in right hip and and in spine up to skull new diagnosis so much pain so doing knee exercuses as well along with back stretches then wrk outs yiu inspire me make me feel better yr love and light is amazing fir us woman hve a great day ☝️👌❤️

Loved this workout! The stretches and movements were perfect for my hips, and I felt so much more relaxed and mobile afterwards. It's great to find workouts that are designed for women over 50.

Thank you! I have been taking pills to help with my hip discomfort. I find with good exercise, I can stop the pills. Thanks for your videos, it’s much easier to stretch along with you. (I am 55 and want to keep my mobility)
