10-Minute Medicine Ball Abs Workout

Sure, chiseled abs are nice to look at, but when it comes to your ab workouts, you want more than just aesthetics. After all, your abs (and your core in general) are responsible for keeping you upright and helping you twist and bend. So here's a workout that not only gives you great-looking abs but also a strong and steady core!
The entire workout only takes 10 minutes to complete. You'll warm up for one minute, push yourself in the main workout for eight minutes, and then finish up with a one-minute cool down.
Warm-Up:
10 jumping jacks
10 burpees
Main Workout:
For this workout, you'll be doing two rounds of four one-minute intervals.
1 minute Russian twist
1 minute medicine ball slams
1 minute mountain climbers
1 minute medicine ball sit-ups
Cool Down:
Seal stretch
Forward fold

@@summersworld1120 if you want to know if it works you should get up and try it yourself...of course any excercise or physical activity you do is "going to work"... but its up to you how much you put into it.

A very clear instruction to follow. Except the slam ball one, I can finish the whole set. The background, lighting and camera angles are good too.

I'd say the slams are a back and full body exercise but it works abs as well

I think any just changes the workout depending on what you have. I have 2 smaller 5 lb soft balls and I just do one in each hand.

Yup I did that at the gym I felt it and I have fibromyalgia myofacial pain Syndrome and this flared me but it was a hard workout I did it though

Now I'm not one to criticize much but I know proper form, when you do a pushup. Don't push the idea of "girl pushup". You take your body down to the floor and go back up using your arms and keep them damn knees off the ground

Yall I think Abe meant your as in the viewers, not her and he's right, toning your muscle is only going to do so much. If you are a big person trying to lose belly fat you need to diet and cardio. Muscle training helps but unless you're looking to be a body builder and train for hours every day it won't help much for (mainly women) who are trying to lose 30+ pounds waistline.
