In this meditation, I go into the cozy sunroom of my imaginary big cozy home and I recline into the comfy sofa chair and lay back and relax as the moderate wind blows a cool and crisp breeze on this partly sunny day. Watching as the trees sway back and forth and grass making beautiful patterns. As I closed my eyes breathing in and out slowly, I could feel myself drifting into a deeper place called B.I.B (Brain In Breakmode) where there was this beautiful glow of light ✨️ It was so warm and welcoming as it was drawing me closer and closer to it. I felt so light as a feather🪶 I began to float in midair against my control as the wind carried me. My body got lighter and lighter, and so was my breathing as I was so relaxed😌 It was so peaceful, I didn't want to leave BIB. It was as if I didn't have a care or worry in the world🌎 Slowly, I began to drift back into the real world, still feeling so light as a feather, as the heavy weight was lifted off of me, and feeling relaxed and peaceful as can be😇

That's so cool 😎 I created that term at 6 years old when my 1st grade teacher would tell us to lay our heads down on the desk at rest time, and she would turn off one set of lights leaving a soft glow. Then I would say to myself... Let's get in B.I.B 😌✨️🤗

It is a bit warm but beautiful here too. I just finished washing a sink full of dishes..🙄😬.. So.. Feeling a bit haggered 🤒😕😉 Nap time in 47 minutes. Lol I look forward to those little snoozes. 😴 My friend Kathy called and wants me to go fishing with her soon. 😀😎👍 I won't fish, but will enjoy being out of the house. The lake is full and so beautiful right now!!!! 😀😀 🌲🌻
