This helped to calm me down alot and really figure out what my safe space is. And i got lost for a few minutes and got to relax. I felt the tension leave my tummy where my baby is and it felt good. Im glad i found this video💜
I’ve used this 3 times for my meditation, & will keep coming back to it. I tear up every time you give me the space to connect with my baby. I’m just so grateful and I get to really feel it in that moment. Thank you!
