Stress and anxiety can hit all of us a different stages of life, sometimes we don't even realise this happening. If you've noticed that you have become more snappy or aggravated recently then it may well be due to a build up of stress in your life 😡😨😢...or perhaps you are aware of the signs
🌞I use guided visualisations with my clients to help train the mind and learn simple techniques that we can all use in times of crisis, high stress, anxiety, or fear.
The more you listen to these videos and practice their techniques, the more benefit you will see. For best impact, find somewhere quiet where you can fully immerse yourself and listen to my voice 🧘‍♀️

This video has helped me realize that I’ve been carrying a lot of pebbles. There are some very deep wounds that I’m afraid to acknowledge, but coming to this safe space makes it easier to acknowledge and let go. Thank you 🙏

I love this meditation. I do it a couple of times a week before bed. It's very calming and a good opportunity to reflect and release stress.

wow this was lovely, I was taken back to a beach that I used to go to as a child and it felt so freeing throwing the pebbles. thank u
