What's up #sveltecrew!
Mere here, with another great ,no weights needed, arm workout ! This is my favorite routine when I'm on vacation or out of town for work and have no access to a gym :(
But no worries when you can just do this !
So many people think you need resistance to workout, but that not true at all...
Resistance is just forcing contraction, and that's all exercising is ! Contracting the muscle you're trying to tone or build is the only thing that's necessary to work that muscle.
First we're going to be going over the motions, then we'll go right into the rounds where we are knocking it out side by side !

These short videos are a blessing to me. I am using them to break up my day of sitting at my work desk. So thank you for these. I appreciate the playlist for Standing Exercises. And please keep them coming! Break time exercises for me need to be under 15 minutes. Another idea is to have a playlist for Sitting Exercises. These are also great for work break exercise sessions. For me, and probably other folks who are seated for most of their work day, having a direct playlist to incorporate mini toning and flexibility exercise routines into my breaks is greatly appreciated! Love these workouts! Question though... I have a very hard time keeping my core tight and hips tucked, when the exercise has me on my stomach. Like a plank or something. How can I fix that??

Glad you're enjoying the workouts! ❤️ Maintaining core tightness and proper hip alignment during exercises like planks can be challenging but important for effectiveness and injury prevention. Focus on aligning your body from head to heels during planks. Engage your core by pulling your belly button towards your spine and check that your hips are neither sagging nor lifted too high. Consistent practice will help improve your form over time! 😉💪

Have a wonderful time on your trip!💞 The best way to grow and tone a muscle is to work that muscle 2x per week if you do a specific workout to focus on that muscle group. This means your body will need time to recover and repair the muscles that you’ve broken down from your awesome workout !
