Mere here, with another great ,no weights needed, arm workout ! This is my favorite routine when I'm on vacation or out of town for work and have no access to a gym :(
But no worries when you can just do this !
So many people think you need resistance to workout, but that not true at all...
Resistance is just forcing contraction, and that's all exercising is ! Contracting the muscle you're trying to tone or build is the only thing that's necessary to work that muscle.
First we're going to be going over the motions, then we'll go right into the rounds where we are knocking it out side by side !
