Here's a really good arm workout without weights you can do from anywhere, that will really help tighten your arms and lose arm fat fast.

I just want to thank you Meredith for the wonderful exercises. I was in an accident many years ago and have used a cane. I have been exercising to your videos religiously. I no longer use a cane and feel stronger. I have muscle tone back and feel renewed. Thank you again so much for these exercises that I was able to do.

loved the quick arm workout! afterwards i feel tightness in my arms, calves & shoulder blades..... everything feels a little heavy and tight! I can see how this can really help my body. So quick and so easy and it starts to work immediately...... I just need to keep it up! I'm loving all your quick exercises..... I'm 73 yrs old! Thank you!

You Rock. Love using own body for resistance. I’m shocked how great I feel even just after a 7-10 min workout. I like to do this arm workout, ab workout and a leg work out to work for my needed areas. Especially because summer is coming!! Trip to CA in June. Need to feel good in summer clothes and suit. I love this arm workout Mere. I add it to my O&D almost every day. My arms are a HUGE problem area for me after losing 90+ pounds there is so much lose skin to tighten up. Thanks!
