Whenever I feel a bit blah, I watch one of your videos and instantly feel so much better. It's not just that the routines are so good and effective it's rather the love and chemistry between you two lovely ladies. Aiko reminds me of my late mum, even tho my mum was white, grumpy and hated exercise! When my mum did occasionally smile her face lit up like Aiko's lovely face. Thank you both so much. x

First timer here saw one video of yours yesterday and did the 10 mins, I do believe I’ve finally found the right team to help me gain muscle keep moving as I have bad knees and your chemistry is adorable so I will be through the day to continue this process glad to be here

Oh, I hope you do well. I am having a seriously hard time with mobility, too. It's bad. I have been subscribed to this channel for about 2 years or so now. I get the notifications and say to myself that I will do it "later." But I don't. You have motivated me to pick it back up and try again. I don't want to become bed bound. ❤❤❤ Take care. Xoxoxo

I love the concept of having your mum workout with you. 1. It helps your mum so much, and 2. It helps those to aren't fully fit to know they can do it too. I'm recovery from 18mths of severe ill health and have gone from daily exercise and running 2-3 marathons a week to starting from a beginning I've never been at, at going on 58yo. My health and appearance are important to me. This gives me so much hope that I can at least get my fitness back. I know I'll never run another marathon, but my goal is to lose weight I've put on through illness and tone up. Thank you and your mum. Xxx

Well it is official!!! Your mom and you are my absolute favorite workout videos 🎉🎉🎉 I loved my mom and took care of her in her last 2 .5 years. She was 91 and passed over peacefully at home with me. 😊 Thanks for sharing your mom and health exercises. ❤

I loved this workout!!! I did the fast "Happy Feet'" for the knee highs all 7 times and I was hoping your Mom would do it also. I just admire her because I am only 4 years younger with many major medical problems but your sitting workouts have helped me so. Started watching you when Covid started in March of 2020 and both of you are such an inspiration to those of us who are challenged and have to sit to exercise. Thank you for all you do for so many Seniors. ❤💞😍

I LOVE these videos!! I think your Mom is great, what FUN to have her doing the exercises with you. I am 72 and until I have to use the chair, I try to keep up with you. 🤣I tried the Tabata for beginners last week and have continued doing them (that really gets your heart rate up) but today afterwards I did the 10 min. walking workout for seniors and loved it! Will be doing them both together tomorrow. Thanks for getting us seniors moving. ❤

Happy early Valentine's Day to Aiko and Apri. This was a good 10 minute, Tabatha for Beginners workout. I enjoyed it tremendously and will get better at the 2 basic moves. Also it was nice to see Mochi. April, thanks so much for the timer as I really pay attention to the count as I work out. This one is large enough for me to see and keep up with in life. Your mom is truly an inspiration to many people, as we seniors are living each day the best we can. I personally think Aiko and of course your smile really makes the routine easier to complete. I just adore the camaraderie between this mother-daughter team. Thanks, and enjoy the week ahead.

Before starting dinner tonight, I was lulled into this video with a false belief that "tabata" was going to be one of Aiko's delicious noodle recipes!😄 No complaints - glad I showed up, seeing that Mochi😻 was in attendance and taking surprise roll call. This one popped up at just the right time for me! I had already decided to do your half hour "Full Body Workout for Seniors, Beginners" (from May, 2022 -- first time trying it or even trying such a long, strength-focused workout) and was trying to decide on a 10-minute cardio workout to follow it with when I saw this one. I watched it through once before beginning my workout and decided it would be perfect -- which it was! Very challenging, but doable, and energizing too! I did the low-impact "jumping jacks" with raised arms and was able to do 20 of them in 20 seconds. I did a slow, high march for the second exercise and fit in 11 raises for each knee in 20 seconds. I'd love to see more like this! (The first time I watched this one through, before I tried it, I was enjoying Aiko's beautiful smile when she suddenly stuck her tongue out in apparent exhaustion/exasperation🤪, and I literally laughed out loud! And then, trooper that she is, she seemed to laugh about it herself and then went right back to smilingly working out --♥♥*_LOVE IT_ !!!!!*♥♥ [somewhere between the 10:15 and 10:25 marks in the video 😋])

Phew…And WOW! That was amazing. Way past “dewey”. Definitely on my go to list. Amended the first set to alternate arms up one set and arms forward the next. A bit much for my shoulders. On the second, knees up on one, jogging on the next. Thanks special workout friends. So grateful for you both. 🥰❤️😻

This was a great one, first exercise I managed to do first exercise started off at 13 got to 20, with knees up got to 50. Wow I was dewy after, thank you, on my repeat programme now

First, I've been doing a warm up video, then strengthening hips (cause I get to lay down-ahhh) and then I pick a 40 min 'fat burning' or strength or a long HIIP one. Today I added this one, I may tone my abs by this summer, if this keeps up! THANK YOU LADIES. ❤Happy Valentine's Day. (tomorrow is my 61st birthday)

Hi! I love you ladies so much! My 80 year old mother is coming home today from 3 weeks of rehabilitation. She’s been weak and light headed but is being discharged. What can I do for her as far as working out her muscles and helping to strengthen her? Can I have her lift 1 pound weights, or is this too much? What’s your thoughts on this?thank you so much ❤❤

Hi there! It's great to hear that your mother is coming home from rehabilitation! To help her strengthen her muscles, you can start with light exercises like gentle stretching or walking. (we have many videos for both) Gradually increase the intensity as she gets stronger. Weights can be added when she gets stronger and is up for them. It's always best to consult with her doctor or a physical therapist for personalized advice. Wishing your mother a speedy recovery!❤️

Hi, very happy to have your exercise videos for elderly, I am 63 n 86kg now. I do my swimming 2 or 3 times per week. Swim, walk and exercise in pool for 40 min. Now I want to add in your muscles building exercises. What is the routine? Pool or your exercise first? Thank you so much.

Hi there! You are a young 63 and it's awesome you swim and walk! Adding strength training to your routine will build muscle and increase strength. The following advice is recommended by the American Council on Exercise. If you want to get stronger, do cardio after weights. If your goal is better endurance, do cardio before weights. If your goal is burning fat and losing weight, do cardio after weights. We're honored to be part of your fitness regimen! ❤️

I have really enjoyed your workouts, however this was my least favorite. I prefer more variety and less just running/jumping in place. Just my personal preference. Other than this one, I have enjoyed your workouts and April's instructions are wonderful. That is one BIG cat! 😀

Your bright spirits were infectious as they always are, making me want to brave this exercise. A good routine, especially for modifying the style of the moves but maintaining fidelity to their purpose. I wanted to put my all in these routines, but my knees don't permit me to launch myself up for the full standing jumping jacks. So I sat down, and did full jumping jacks using both arms and legs, moving very fast. This position forced me to lean back a bit, thus adding another dimension to this exercise because the abs were engaged. The knees up, again, was modified so that I did a standing march but pushed my knees very high and did opposite side knee and full arm lifts as fast as I could as well. This was a thorough and challenging routine made pleasanter by the banter between the two of you! Thank you both, as always...Anastasia
