This has helped me deepen my shoulder strength, finding that connection...thank you!! I have a very old rotator cuff injury which I feel has limited my range and control..this practice is my go to!!

thankyou kino. your shoulder drills have removed 20 years of chronic right shoulder pain caused by manual labour and powertools. simple stuff but it works.

You're a good guru kino in breaking down the asanas🙏should one stay away from asana during menstrual time atleast for 3days?how do you take it?

Hi Destiny! Thanks for practicing with me. It’s different for everyone, but it is recommended to take at least one day off from practice during your menstrual cycle. Listen to your body and take the rest it needs 🙏

Hi Kino , This is Jayaditya from India, I have had Scoliosis,(one side/half tilted)/ and I have been doing Hatha Yoga for the last 7 years. Now I am 75-80% cured. How long will it take to get completely cured ? By the way when are you coming to India ? If possible then please let me know ❤💙❤💙
