This 10-minute session focuses on building strength in your legs while improving flexibility and mobility. Whether you're recovering from an injury or simply want to enhance your lower body strength and flexibility, this flow is for you. We will be working quads, hamstrings, and glutes
In this yoga practice, we'll blend strengthening with deep stretches to target the muscles around your knees, thighs, and hips. By incorporating mindful breathing, you'll also cultivate a sense of calm and relaxation throughout the practice.
