@Arkansas Police Activity Will you please provide the Troopers Report if you're able to get it. A lot of people in the comments are saying the first person who rolled out of the car died. Thanks for your channel!
@@debbie4503 It’s in the video description. That passenger was later identified as the driver’s aunt, and luckily only had minor injuries. She told officers she asked to be let out of the car as soon as the chase started 😞
As insensitive as it may seem, I have zero sympathy or compassion for this driver. This level of stupidity only demonstrates that the driver had no regard for anybody else, so there is no reason for anyone else to show any regard for her.
That’s not insensitive at all. Anyone who believes it is is just deranged and making excuses for criminals. Anything that happened to her or anybody else is solely the result of her poor choices.
You can have sympathy and compassion for a nutcase, but the reality of the situation is, she endangered untold numbers of lives simply by being on the road in her condition, and she intentionally chose her own needs over those of her passengers by not letting them bail. You are allowed to feel anger and upset when people deliberately endanger others.
Even after all the trouble she caused, the officers were compassionate towards her and concerned about her injuries. Unlike her lack of concern for her passenger friends.
The driver had no thoughts about anything but getting away. Almost running over the passengers in the car wasn’t enough to stop her from fleeing. It was gut wrenching to see both passengers jump out and almost be run over. Glad she was stopped. Any injuries she incurred was a result of her actions.
I honestly don't understand why people like her actually think that they will get away. Why don't they understand that, most likely, they will get caught?
My cousin who was a cop would always tell me, "You can run from my car, but you can't outrun a radio" it's normally a no win scenario but I've seen a bunch of videos where they terminate the pursuit and just try and catch up with them later (which is harder to do when the car is stolen)
I give the police 1000% credit for great driving skills. All the suspect has to do is drive. The police have to watch where the suspect goes and follow, watch for traffic, watch for pedestrians and remember all the crazy limitations that are laws to keep them from being able to do their job more easily. Respect to you officers!!!
Very much respect for the officers, it’s a shame pursuits have to end this way , the driver should know it’s pointless to run…officers call ahead to eventually get spikes out.
I read the report and it is amazing both people who bailed out survived. The first lady was the driver's aunt, who now has a restraining order or protection against her neice. The other passenger had cuts and scratches. I also noticed at first when they drove through the gas station, they were throwing cans out of the car. No one else seemed to mention that. They had ALL been drinking. Amazing the report didn't show prior arrests, so why do such a crazy thing and endanger anyone one the streets with her ignorance. The women that bailed said they had asked to be let out of the car but the driver didn't care. She is certifiably nuts.
The one officer who was the first to follow did say they were throwing stuff out of the car as they went thru the gas station. Arkansas doesn't play around when they are in a chase.
Do you really think that's going to stop them from getting behind the wheel? People drive unlicensed everyday all over this country. The only thing that's going to make any kind of difference are longer prison sentences and even then there's still going to be idiots out there that don't care. Why should they? 3 meals a day, a bed to sleep in every night, heat and air conditioning, activities to pass the time away, TV, the list could go on, none of which they pay out of pocket for. Yeah, none of that is justice...
Great thought but most of these lowlifes don’t have licenses to begin with. Take something else away they value. Ban them from having smartphones for life since that’s the first thing they cry for when they get arrested😂
The hell with jumping out. I would have been hitting that girl driving and slamming the car out of gear. I had a boyfriend try this crap with me in the car. I threw the car in reverse and threw the keys out the window. He went to jail and I never saw him again.
This first girl to jump out was extremely lucky she did so. She might've been hurt rolling, but would've taken the full force of the impact if she were still inside at the end.
Per the police report, looks like that was the driver's aunt. She told her to let her out as soon as she realized that she was running but her niece refused. I cannot believe the realization of just how much danger you're in.... If I read the report correctly (ive never read one before), she got a protection order against her.
fully back that up but did it take about 15 police officers to pull her out oof the car some of them could have been employed somewhere else............... crazy chase
@@eamonnquigley2125 they don’t know at the time what kind of situation they are going to be involved in & whether there are multiple armed subjects when they are in a pursuit, that is why so many officers show up in these situations. My husband is retired State Police from another state where there wasn’t always back up & he was almost killed twice on duty because other officers weren’t there to back him up.
I feel for Police in these chases! How can people do this? Seriously!!! Putting too many lives in danger! I pray through all these and for the afterward effects and things it has on police and people that could or are injured as well as EMT’S and hospital staff! So sad! Did any stop for those who jumped out at a high rate of speed? Wow unreal!
As a former disabled officer I can tell you that people like that have no regard for anyone's safety. It is especially scary when other innocent people get hurt.
I've said this before. If cops want to gain access to vehicle from side window without smacking the window a hundred times with a baton, just purchase a small spring loaded center punch from hardware store. Place at any corner of side window and push. Wham, the window blows out. Use one in the fire service for entrapment. Works every time. Just saying
First person that bailed on the bridge was the driver's Aunt- got knocked out, but she's fine. there was a charge against the driver for domestic battery and false imprisonment! police report didn't seem to say anything about the other woman that tumbled out when she stopped though, probably a friend
"one block West of Broadway . . .", (look for all the LIGHTS) !!! Another Great Job by Professional Law Enforcement, Trained to cooperate, TOGETHER! Like it is suposed to be! your traing is demonstrated, By these video's THANK you all
I got passed by a blackout car going about 120 late at night in Houston and one car chasing going about a lame 85. Light traffic, dry roads. That car exited and was gone. I thought to myself “where is Arkansas?” I was embarrassed for my city
That's a normal night in DFW, lol. People drive like crap here. That's why I avoid the highway and take the access roads when I can, but the city streets aren't much better.
your right there she hit the ground hard hope she still alive ....the second to bale out would love to know if the driver told them to get the fuck out or did they just said to themselfs to hell with this and bale out
The drivers name is Juperior Nocole Williams DOB 4/27/1999 of Arkansas. She put a lot of people in danger for nothing. She could care lass about anyone else on the road so we should act the same when dealing with her.
Good thing the passengers bailed where they could, although the first one looked painful hitting the road at speed. As for the driver, you gotta wonder at the IQ of participating in a high speed pursuit without a seatbelt. We don’t do well serving as a projectile against a car that comes to a sudden, forceful stop.
I think it may well have been worse to be in the passenger seat given the impact that side coped. I do hope that passenger isn’t too badly injured though.
Don't mean to split hairs guys, but I've worked both LE and Fire side. Unless there is an danger you really don't want to be pulling anyone out of a car without EMS on scene. Could cause much more damage like spinal cord issues. Just a piece of advice.
There can always be a danger. The cops do not and should not care about the spinal cord, they don't want the criminal to wake up then start shooting. It's cops life over criminals limb.
Nice one APA ! You have to feel for the pursuing officers, having to slow for the Stop signs and use the bullhorn each time. Felt the frustration as the perp got further and further away. It was just amazing how many units this picked up so quickly. If we had half this many over here, we should be so fortunate. Lucky it wasnt a daytime! Side impact with a tree will likely result in unconsciousness at those speeds. Did anyone check the trunk on the initial clearance ?!
@@tammiemartinez6485 I don’t think so, I think it was more of the second unit was more balls to the wall with the pedal 💀 the officer who’s dash am we are watching prob was just being extra cautious
I am surprised they didn't attempt to PIT her as soon as she dumped off her 2nd passenger, or when she made the turn in the church parking lot. They definitely let it go on too long after the passengers were out of the vehicle. They must have seen something we didn't, like traffic too close to attempt anything.
The first person fell out so fast and slammed their forehead so hard, that’s like an instant lobotomy. 😬… That was terrible and I hope that person is ok. The second person probably thought the driver was going to give up and stop but she took off and left her friend to fall with her legs up in the air. It’s hard to choose in staying in the car while the driver is going over 100mph because that’s still risking your life, or should you take a chance and throw yourself out of a speeding car? Hmm 🤔🤷🏻♀️
@@billlee1724 Good deal. It's a hard lesson in being realistic about the behavior of your friends for the passengers. When someone starts acting the fool, they typically follow through harder than Happy Gilmore. It was obvious those 3 wanted zero to do with that, I'm curious as to her behavior that day overall, but no one records their relatively mundane day. Although, running from the police is a good way to get home movies that can and will be used against you in a court of law. Makes zero sense.
Why is AR giving L.A. a run for its money as high-speed chase capital of the US? People gotta learn you might outrun a cop car but you can't outrun the radio.
You boys don't get paid enough to do this! It's a miracle that all parties involved survived! Great driving on all officers' parts. I know that's what you train for, but watching the first passenger bail at those speeds about took my breath away! The second one I was kind of expecting because it was evident they both were trying to get out of the car at the gas station. But, with them being relatives (aunt and niece) will be awkward at future family gatherings for sure! Hopefully they stay away from each other for a while!
Can’t believe the officers dragged the unconscious driver out without waiting for medics to check for neck and back injuries. No doubt department policy to check for weapons and secure the suspect.
The kind of reckless exuberance and disregard for the law, not to mention the utter disregard for the safety of her passengers, is bad enough... but also how many lives did she put in danger during this chase? What scum. States need to start throwing the book at garbage like this. What happened that people now feel entitled to run from police and endanger dozens of innocent people on the roads, just so that they don't have to pay the price for their bad life choices? This kind of reckless exuberance needs to be STOPPED. I'm every grateful to the Arkansas Police for being so determined, so relentless, so focused, so determined, so professional, in stopping this low-IQ human garbage from killing even more people (Note if you didn't see it: apparently the first passenger who bailed at 5:10, presumably her friend, died of head injury. Utter waste of oxygen).
The police really have to abuse their cars just to get the job done. On many of these videos it sounds like the police car's suspension is being held together with duct tape and coat hangers.
Remember police cars are full of equipment, cage and stuff in the trunk. that gets bounced around when they go over things at high speeds in the road which sounds bad.
Love the new law, like that’s gonna stop them from driving. Should be mandatory 10 years just for the felony eluding, added to everything else. And if someone is hurt or killed in the exchange should be death penalty, that way I don’t have to pay for their 3 and cot for life. These criminals are insane.
Remember that scene in The Big Lebowski where the officer throws a mug at The Dude's head? That's exactly how I imagine Arkansas state troopers. These guys do not mess around and if you mess around in their state doing dumb stuff like this, you find that out really quick.
I'm glad they got this maniac stopped, but unless the vehicle is on fire you never move an accident victim unless it is unavoidable. You wait and let the paramedics do that. If you don't you're asking for one hell of a lawsuit.
You see that one guy’s head bounce off the road! I swear that looked like blood splatter if you slow the video down. The answer is simple. Throw that gearshift in park and drop that transmission right on the pavement.
